Nice layout. I'd make that side deck smaller, move the living room over a bit and add a master bath. You could always add an enclosed porch off of the dining room. It would be beautiful to sit out there and eat a dinner without the bugs.
It's a really cute smaller home.
Bathroom needs to be larger and closer to bedrooms, and a half bath would be nice for guests.
Kitchen is a bit small, but looks efficient.
I like the interior colors you've chosen.
I think that outdoor space is super nice.

Nice, very nice! I was blown away when I 'walked' into that living room! Beautiful interior design palette. But yes, the placement of the bathroom is a little weird. I would have to rethink that?

I think we have seen similar layout recently. 2 complaints. Kitchen cabinets are too high. Bathroom too far away from bedrooms.

The layout is awkward since the bathroom is far removed from the bedrooms. Though the finishes are cozy I think a two bedroom house requires at least another half bath.

Well decorated nice design. I like the layout and the kitchen is fab. I'm old, so I would want hand grabs in baths. Covered patio off the dinning area. Love the kitchen. I would need a coffee spot or location. Those kitchen counters are so nice I would not want to put anything on them and ruin the smooth lines. That green walled bedroom is terrific great vision to come up with that. Nice one Jasper.

There is much to like about this design. I would add several modifications, some of which have been mentioned by others. Bathroom does need to be closer to the bedrooms. A screened in outdoor area off the dining room would enhance livability. That front porch area needs a roof to help keep it clean from leaves, bird droppings, etc. TV mount on wall across from LR fireplace. And why in recent years has the room for freestanding dressers and chest of drawers in bedrooms been removed from house designs?

Hermosa por donde se mire, las áreas de trabajo cerca y el baño, toda esa parte que tiene cañerías y son el punto debil, por los desagües también. La cocina no está tan a la vista, el estar y el comedor impecable y luego los dormitorios, si el verde es precioso el blanco más.
Ni que decir el porche , el que tiene el hogar se puede cerrar con vidriera para el invierno. Pero creo que así es genial, en contacto con la naturaleza.
Realmente me encantó y sería mi casa ideal. Felicitaciones por la idea ❤🇺🇾
This house has lots of curb appeal, but once inside I see one glaring fault. If I disregard the odd fireplace, the sole bathroom is way too far from the bedrooms!

need more cabinet in kitchen
Nice looking home but not one we would build for several reasons. The one and only bathroom (we need 2) is entirely too far from the bedrooms, the bedrooms lack adequate closet/storage space and lastly are too close to one another. We want a master suite with a WIC and bathroom. I do have a question though. Is this plan a log home build or the facade of one?

@@jaspertran8016 Thanks, Jasper. Right now we are leaning towards a log home. We don’t often see the square cut timber, likely more expensive but we are thinking might be better for day to day maintenance.

It vey nice because fire place should be out side but in traditional homes people put them in living room which is messy.
Nice layout…but I noticed that you wont be able to open one of the kitchen drawers next to the stove as the oven handle is blocking the way.
