where did those 63 m/s come from? I mean, what is the calculation for area correction

The magnetic flux change is proportional to the area, hence one has to correct the 4000 m/s by the area of the TMS coil divided by the estimated area of the trunk: 4000 m/s *pi*.05^2/0.5=63 m/s.
