The WORST part of Avengers Earths Mightiest Heroes getting cancelled is that there was legitimately no reason for it other than the fact that Disney wanted brand synergy and made Avengers Assemble which uses the MCU Avengers and while it’s alright it pales in comparison to Avengers EMH

Miguel O Hara was planned to have his debut show back in 1999 but DC had released Batman Beyond first and they felt that show already covered the territory of the futuristic world of that time and didn’t want to copy them. So instead it’s been reworked into Unlimited with that Spider-Man’s outfit being based off of Miguel’s. Also Miguel’s ost from Across the Spider Verse uses elements from Unlimited intro as well
I think the intro of the 90s Incredible Hulk animated series is a perfect summation of the never-ending tragedy of this Frankenstein’s monster inspired character. The world will always come after him and it will ultimately result in fire and destruction. While the show didn’t succeed as well as X-Men or Spider-Man, I think it’s intro stands shoulder to shoulder with them.
The first two Japanese openings are just what they added to the original X-Men toon to make it seem more appealing to a Japanese audience. If there WAS a series with that animation past the intro though, that WOULD be super cool.

With the succes of X-Men 97, I hope Marvel studios plans to renew Spectacular Spider-Man and Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes... I grew up with those cartoon. I remember watching EMH non-stop before the Avengers movie came out in 2012 and I said to my father "Why Ant-Man, Wasp and Black Panther are not in the team ?" 😭
They were trying to make an Ant-Man movie with Hank Pym in phase one in the MCU but it went through development hell and we ended up with an Ultron not made by Hank Pym

That's a myth, if you look up Wikipedia for "H.E.R.B.I.E." it says that when the Fantastic Four property was made into an animated series in 1978, the character of the Human Torch was unable to be used at the time as the character had been optioned separately for use in a solo film (which never materialized).

The legend of how Herbie came about in the 70s Fantastic Four cartoon was that the network thought kids would try and light themselves on fire, so they replaced Johnny Storm with a robot. However, it seems the actual reason may have been that another studio had actually bought the rights to develop a movie specifically around the Human Torch, so they couldn't use him on the show. (Note - there was a separate Human Torch from the Golden Age of Marvel that was a robot, which had almost the same powers as Johnny). It is nice to see the Japanese X-Men intros, but they left out the Season 5 intro for X-Men the Animated Series. 🤫 Also missing is the Men in Black cartoon intro. Marvel purchased Malibu Comics, which owned Men in Black, three years before the animated series came out. 😉

The Canadian government wanted him to lead their superteam and Charles specifically thought Wolverine would grow into a great leader once he gets used to having a team.

It didn't have "Fred and Barney Meet the Thing" (1979) a Hanna-Barbera cartoon co-produced with Marvel Comics. In it you had teenager Benjy Grimm transform into The Thing when he combined his 2 magic rings (one on each hand) and said, "Thing Ring, do your thing!" I think She-Hulk from the 1990s was also missing.

Remember, the'60s Marvel Superheroes show used images that were in the actual comics for the most part. Shop, the animation was a little stilted. But it was still fun to watch. Spiderman was funny because you only had a few images of Spidey swinging. The 80's Fantastic Four couldn't use The Human Torch because there was a movie proposed and they didn't have the rights.
Speaking on the DVD release of Spiderman TAS I was able to acquire a 4k upscale that looks absolutely amazing. Hopefully an official release will come out soon. Maybe next year when the Spiderman '98 returns!

UA-cam blocked Moon Girl, and the solo Thing show was a collaboration with the Flintstones, but all available versions are of poor quality.
