I rotated a bit to the right side and the board somehow dove at landig. But my knee didnt.. So seems i ruptured my ligaments. Quite sure.. Of course.. I shoud pay attention with 55 years.. But i couldnt resist.. Not sure if i will ever try that again.. 😢😭☠️☠️
Yes man... dont lough about this... i got it for allmost a year... it happens when you first get older... like me or, or also when you use to much power on your ligaments, they are not used to... once if it hurts, its realy realy difficult to get it away.. there are some good things to stretch it , to train the muskels later.. but.. if you get it it realy hurts.. realy not fun
