Rei is the most power antagonists, her tiny bits of her power alone can create countless CPUs clones that equal to original 4 CPUs power also she is immortal. Please don't forget that black historie gave kurome some Rei power to create Darks CPUs and to control CPUs.
Kurome couldn't control people she just gave them there desires through dreams and illusions so the people who were loyal to her swore loyalty because they wanted to hold onto it.
Technically her delusion power works precisely like mind control. Her delusions also allowed her to create a sort of "false" reality where everything works on her favor, which is why the key player in the fight against Kurome is Uzume (who holds the same power). But in terms of what they are capable of Rei's power is the most OP of the Goddesses. She is the only goddess who retained immortality without a single share and she still had enough energy to spare to open portals to other dimensions (I imagine the idea that Rei survived without share power is a bit of a reference to how even after their "death" as a gaming giant in 1983 they still managed to stay alive until 2013.). Once she gained share energy again she was able to create an army of Goddesses without losing a single speck of energy, and had enough power to destroy other dimensions without even having to go to them, while Uzume had to create a complex plan just to "try" to destroy the Hyperdimension. A little known fact, the original name of Rei Ryghts, Rei Kiseijou, on top of being a japanese reference to the Japanese gaming "Regulation acts", is also a reference to Raymond Kassar (R.K.). Raymond Kassar was President and CEO of Atari at the time of the infamous release of E.T. and the videogame crash of 1983 (he was fired that same year under allegations of fraud).
Finally someone talking about Rei's power or if so and just think how strong Rei would be if she had 100% shares try comparing that to any of the DBS characters I just want to find out cause Im curious

No, despite having a different Opening, it still keeps the old opening for well the sake of the True Final Boss. Actually True Final Boss shouldn't be accurate because they straight up make it easier to get to the True Ending.

Played it for the first time 2022, it can really compete with some Final Fantasy. And Kurome VS Uzume really reminded me of Cloud VS Sephiroth.

Sleepy Nep completely averted in VIIR, she actually got a slight buff, while every other enemy got mostly nerfed.
Wait, you can use other characters here in vii? I had only her as an option in viir. She took a million turns and heals for me, and I'm over level 50.
