May I ask one cup of melted butter is how many grams of unmelted butter?

I’m going to try to make this but I’m gonna make it gluten-free and I’m going to use monk sugar instead of regular sugar and see how it works out and I’m going to use sugar, free Coco and sugar, free chocolate without sweetener on it.
