Rice Sevai - 1 Packet
Chopped Onion - 2 tbsp
Peanut - 2 tbsp
Cashew Nut - 1 tbsp
Chopped Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 2 No's
Dry Red Chilli - 3 to 4 No's
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - A Pinch
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - As Required
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Lemon - 2 No's
Asafoetida - As Required
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp

One doubt, i put it in boiled water for 5 minutes, then drained the water, but it came sticky,
should i rinse sevai in cold water ? (I used 3V rice sevai)
I added vegetables like carrot, capsicum & Peas. Everything is OK, except it got broken and very sticky.
I thought it will come fluffy, but disappointed, should try next time.
