In the full ep 7, at 38:57 FL says somethting that is translated as `photographic memory´. This is of course impossible in Tang dynasty. What would be the right translation?
These short clips called episodes are leaving me confused at times and feeling I am cheated of knowing the full story. I love Zhao Lusi and she does an amazing job of portraying whatever character she is but the drama is not satisfying w/o full episodes. I think her popularity is the main reason people are watching. I hope I can find where I can at least watch the episodes in order. At this point it only goes to random short episodes/clips without my being able to develop a storyline.
I can’t seem to connect with this series. It seems distant. No development of the characters. Typical story orphaned girl gets treated badly, has a young sidekick, the typical fat guy uses her - she gets even. I can’t believe there is going to be a love story between the two characters.
Truly a ridiculous concept - only in cdrama world this can be used as a basis of a drama - freedom means tying oneself to in a abusive servant relationship for a stone that may not be that useful anyway.
