Hi @Ginigamer146 :) , it will deduct from your TNG eWallet balance ya, so you will have to make sure that there are sufficient funds in your eWallet. You can shop at any Visa accepted stores, whether online or at retail outlets locally and internationally.
As for transferring money, we would encourage you to use DuitNow transfer via the eWallet app :) Thank you~

You can track the delivery status of the card via the tracking URL provided on the card dashboard, in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app. Thank you!

Hi @runwithparvez! For Touch 'n Go eWallet , yes you may use your valid ID (Passport) to register for 1 Touch 'n Go eWallet account and each account is only allowed to be linked to 1 unique mobile number.
For Touch ‘n Go eWallet Visa Card, you can only apply for the card through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app: as long as you are 12 years old, successfully completed your eKYC and are currently residing in Malaysia. Please note that each user is entitled to only one (1) card at a time. Thank you! :)

Hi there! Are you referring to Touch 'n Go eWallet Visa Card? If yes, the card balance is tied to your Touch ‘n Go eWallet balance. As long as you have a sufficient balance in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet, you will be able to make purchases and cash withdrawals. :)
Please be informed that you can only withdraw cash from any ATM that is enabled on the Visa Plus network subject to a limit of 5 transactions per day up to a daily maximum amount of RM5,000 in total. The limit per ATM withdrawal will be different depending on the ATM’s bank/acquirer. ATM withdrawals are charged RM1.40 per local withdrawal and RM10.00 for overseas withdrawals.
Besides, you are only allowed to withdraw cash from your Transferable balance in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet. To check your Transferable balance, you can refer to the bottom of the screen in the Transfer page of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app.

Hi @theroyalaccount7798 :) You can track the delivery status of the card via the tracking URL provided on the card dashboard, in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app. Delivery will take ten (10) working days from date of card application. In the event that delivery is unsuccessful, our logistics vendor will re-attempt to deliver the card up to a maximum of three (3) times, failing which the card will be returned to Touch ‘n Go.
Please contact Careline at 03 5022 3888 or submit a request to tngd.my/careline-webform to initiate the redelivery process.
