I've tried 6-1 and dollar but the defense I have always had the most success in is tampa 3. The flats are usually open to halfback so if my opponent loves hitting the halfback on flats I just shade underneath or put corner the on the side the rb is on to a hard flat and shuts that down. I do spruce gooses tampa 3 concept though
On defense,in zone (or Man) if want to stop those crossing routes,do press triangle and then underneath and then inside??? How do defend those streak routes in man or zone coverage??
