I love your channel, keep up the good work. I have two Hendrix Axis Mono first pressings, one with the elusive orange insert plus a first Stereo with insert. Didn’t have to pay much because I’ve been collecting Hendrix for years. My big find for 2024 was Time to Suck by Suck, a South African progressive rock band from 1971, in near mint condition, never seen another one and it sounds fantastic.
Your voice sounds a bit distorted esp. at the beginning. Or is this a hot mix and I have lofi equipment? 😂 Other than that great presentation as always. Nice finds 🎉 rewarding your patience. Not my price ranges except for the Revolver....My lucky find was a cheap Netherlands Mercury vg to vg+ first fresh sounding pressing of Oscar Peterson with Clark Terry for only 10Euros . Cheers from Germany Klaus
Fantastic selection. Something Else is one of my favs. ❤how your all about the sound. My VG+ promo of Stan Getz Sweet Rain and a VG copy Wes Montgomery Down Here On The Ground were my best finds. Found nice copies of Warren Zevon's Excitable Boy and Traffic's John Barleycorn & LSOHHB.
My most valuable find was an '85 German DMM Beatles White Album. It sounds like it is from another planet - I have never heard anything like it in my listening experience and esp on my humble stack.
I wish I could come.I need to finish out my Parli run. With on mono and stereo Jobete pressings,aPPM black and gold mono, yellow logo stereo(forget the black and gold on that).I found a Meet Press Info yellow sticker LS pressing.Only 10-22 have surfaced, including mine. Most appear to be Scranton's with red promo stampings on the back covers. My LA one has NO stampings on the back,!!Yes,it's authentic, not a repro!!
