i was so nervous when i started bcuz i went alone- my best advice is to just go even if u just walk on the treadmill, you’ll feel better after the first day. also i think its good i went on my own bcuz i built up my confidence and dont rely on others to motivate me to go ifykwim. also i go after school, its on the way the bus station so i don’t rlly have an excuse to not go.
@@sjioyce alright tysm for the reply! my biggest worry was not knowing how to warmup, what order to use the machines, how to have the right form when using them and it doesn’t really help that it’s the new year but i’ll try! 😭
