Gunther should lose to Sami. They've built this feud really well. Gunther should then focus on the WHC and Sami and Chad should feud for the IC title. Sami should drop the title to Chad at SS. The IC title should be used to build new stars coming from NXT to the main roster. Almost every wrestler coming from NXT does jack shit once they come to the premium shows. The IC division will do well with guys like Chad, Tomasso Ciampa, Bronson Reed, Bron Breakker, Solo Sikoa and more fighting for it.
I'm definitely not feelin' AJ coming out on top against LA. I think the likelihood of AJ feuding with Cody is pretty minimal at this point. The feeling I get about AJ right now is he's entering the "premium enhancement talent" phase of his career. A big name whose got the skills to get younger guys over and move them up the card. Not saying he's always gonna lose, just saying he's not destined for feuds with guys already in a top spot.

If cody loses directly and then wins tomorrow it's roman 2 cody 1 and reigns has an easy case for a rematch and the story remains unfinished in my view
I got a question for you Steve. Maybe bring in Larson and see what he thinks as well. So I'm sitting here listening to this and "I find it funny" that fresh meat tends to get thrown into tag teams. To me it seems like putting on a good tag team match is harder than a singles. There are double the people to try and mesh and dance with. Unless I am missing something (probably am) shouldn't tag teaming be the most difficult to not only make the match look good and fun but also stand out for the new performer? Is that the idea? Trial by fire?

Common sense says that Cody loses on Saturday and wins on Sunday... but theyve been really focusing on the underbelly, daily ops and long term stories recently... I think they could be setting up another 'super episode' of Raw like when Mick Foley won the belt.

This leads to Cody feeling some type of way upon winning the title from Roman and seeking a one one one with the Great One at Summerslam. In between that time Cody is trailed by Rock making his time as champion a nightmare. At some point Seth returns and blames Cody for his lost in Night 2.
I feel a lot better about Damien cashing in on Drew just after he wins at Mania, as long as he finally gets his proper flowers at Clash at the Castle. We can only hope WWE have grown out of their asinine "humiliate the hometown hero" habit since He Who Must Not Be Named is away. The only thing is that would mean Damien would only have a short first title reign, but if they have the Bloodline betray him that would mitigate things. But this is the first opportunity I've had in 40 years of life to see a WWE ppv/ple, & Scotland could really do with a win after all we've had to put up with lately.
Drew deserves better than one or two transitional title reigns, he deserves a proper world title run in front of fans, so no Priest should have a failed MITB cash in

I've been finding your take on the main event completely odd, lol. Especially in the predictions video. You were going on some cultaholic type booking there. I think a powerful image ending night one is Cody getting the pin on Roman to end the tag match. Then Cody and Seth going into night 2 overconfident only for Seth to lose to Drew due to bloodline and Seth costing Cody against Roman. Because Cody and Seth are not friends, they're only together due to circumstance, and he will still have some underlying frustration that Cody didn't pick him.
