Side story 2 is connecting with the Chapter 7.If you read the Chapter 7 lore it said about the clock city And also to unlock ss2,you need to clear the Rrhar'il,and the name of character on Rrhar'il illustration is Samuelle,that the name that is at the end of the PV

well if the cost of leaving the clock city is the world to be destroyed, then I guess that the clock city is kinda like a city which controlled the timelines to be normal.
