TFS! Your ideas are great! I am in Northern Alberta and in May we had forest fires that were incredible. The smoke in our area was so thick, you couldn’t see across the street. I was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec and never saw any forest fires. It was very scary and had alerts every day. Glad it is all over. So sorry to see all the flooding in Nova Scotia.

Just love the bellyband and I must try it. I make my own diary pages for each month and started using pages from the two magazines I buy alternately every second month. I make pockets for things I want to store and for this month I made tags from the magazine pages and glued them on blank pages. I write the things I am grateful for on the back of these tags. I love the idea of making my own post cards. That is such a wonderful idea. Thanx for sharing your magazine collages. I will try one or two each month in amongst my diary pages. Such a marvellous idea to recycle my magazines. I find it so soothing to page through my diary pages and read what happened in previous months and read my quotes and look at my beautiful pages. @@michcrafty8664 We have a magazine called Idees/Ideas with lots of crafting, travel, and homemaking ideas and recipes in it. The photos and articles are very good. We also have a lovely Christian Magazine called Leef/Live with beautiful quotes photos and motivational articles. I am hooked using all the lovely photos, words and quotes in my diary/Planner pages. I also use a lot of ideas and pictures from these magazines in my Margarete Miller Collage challenges. Once I am finished with a magazine the few pages left go into the recycle bin.
I’ve been enjoying your Daphnes Diary series. I just discovered that magazine and find it so inspiring. You have inspired me to get back to playing with paper! Been in a bit of a slump. Keep up the good work! Retired nurse. Lover of paper and pretty things!

First time seeing your video. I’m always interested in seeing what people are doing with their Daphnes Diaries magazines. At the price of $27. per issue here in Nova Scotia I tend to browse through them for a long time without cutting into them. But I find so much beauty in them I continue to buy them.
