That is a fun combo with the top loader and 3.50/1 rear...Until you get on the highway and are running at 3000 rpm's plus. I have that exact combo on my 66. Super nice fastback there.
Put a set of Micky Thompson Low Profile 50's on the back, with standard 15's in front. Pushed by a Balance and Blue Printed, dino tested 289, and the remaining set up. Would be one Awesome Machine !
That's the optional Ford 8-track player/AM radio. Rare option, and even rarer if the player still works. Lots of non-original parts in this one , though, in addition to the plexiglass side quarter windows - shifter, tach, Monte Carlo bar, and a VERY loud non stock exhaust system. Cool car!

I had a k code 66 sedan gt. Paid $800 for it in 1975. Blew up the 289 at 55k miles. Put in a 302 but saved the 271. Sold in 88 for 2500
