Tina Nguyen I donno about you but 1st I just did a dry cut and it was shampooed. 2nd who make up that "golden rule" said you cannot cut hair dry? just curious.
Tina Nguyen you can always cut hair both ways, dry or damp. the advantages of cutting dry is you can predict the outcome of the cut instead of waiting and worrying til the hair dries, esp when cutting wavy/curly hair, because u have to consider hair growth and patterns. plus hair stretches when it’s wet and it’s a lot of work washing it out. i know a lot of hairstylists prefer dry cutting( in general) esp when they have a busy schedule.
