It's here! The biggest question I had was when Sophia tells P her mother had the same powers, so this makes sense given her status and ability, she was basically the highest executive power in the Krat before and while the other two got their footing. She was able to not only personally lead her forces, but train them from childhood, we only see it through Carlo's rose-tinted glasses. Another question I had was why the Legendary Stalker said she was too late, implying she was going back to Carlo despite being annoyed by him. I originally thought she might've felt poorly over the way she dismissed him, but no, it makes way more sense that she came home too late after hunting. She lived at the site of the biggest tragedy in the uppercrust of Krat, and arguably Krat entirely. We know it was Simon that did it, so why hit the orphanage, is he just that evil? If he was able to get all three Monads at once, he'd be set, but the hunter was too late. Also, in Italian, the word for siblings and brothers is the same, "i fratelli," so it's a plausible mistranslation in Krat.
I absolutely love your breakdown and all of the questions you're asking; I'm asking myself the same ones. I do have some fairly satisfying headcannon that ties all of this together in a pretty nice way and at some point I might attempt to put it all into one cohesive story. For now, I'll just say that Isabelle was way more like Batman than anyone may realize; as a Stalker she would experience the "worst" parts of Krat and see where the city needed the most help. As herself and as a philanthropist, she had the ability to enact change in those areas that she may otherwise have been oblivious to. As for the death of Carlo and her ties there...I've got theories there too, but for this video I tried to stick to evidence as much as possible without getting too deep into conjecture. Maybe in a future vid. ;)
Maybe that’s why The Legendary Stalker was so close with Gemini… because she was also the Listener Drink every time he says “legendary” P.S. what prompted you to start theory videos for Lies of P? I have enjoyed all 3 videos so far 🤘🏻
You willed it into existence!! But seriously, thanks for the support. With any luck it will be less than 6 months before my next video drops. Not making any promises though!
Go for it! It's been a while since I did it but I honestly don't remember it being that difficult at all. Just a bit of a grind because you need at least two playthroughs to use the Boss Ergo twice to get their weapon and their amulet.
@@eziothedeadpoet Yep, I hear you. What made it more fun for me was beating the game with the HUD turned off. I was turning it off a lot to make the clips I needed for my YT vids anyway, and I realized it's way more intense when you're not sure how much health or stamina you have left.
@@inspektahmcduck Oh shoot that's not something I'll be brave enough for 😅. Also I wanted to come back to say that I really love how much time you put into the loading screens cause with english being a second language to me and having dyslexia and the game on a M.2 SSD it is really hard to read them when they pop up and due to my ADHD I lack the motivation/drive to actually use the steam recording feature or screenshots to actually read them. Which is a shame on my part cause they are actually really good. Also I am looking forward to whatever your next project might be. 😊
@@eziothedeadpoet Ah, I'm glad to know that it helps! I agree that the game loads too fast to get to read them sometimes, which is a shame because there's some great lore and information in there. The Lies of P wiki has screenshots of a lot of them if you're curious to read some. And I'm looking forward to figuring out whatever my next project might be. 😁
I'm angry people arent making more noise about LOP. They'll go crazy for a From soft game (i do too, dont get me wrong), but not this?? I want a detailed video on all the npcs that aren't story relevant, i know i missed some too, but dont necessarily want to research them! The boy and his whistle, alidroro, the sick lady, etc. etc.

how has this video not even 500 views?!
It's at 488 right now! We're getting close! And thanks for your support 👍
@@inspektahmcduck It‘s still not enough for this much research and effort put into a video, keep up the great work man!

Just a couple days ago watched your last 2 videos, saw that 6 month passed since upload but subscribed anyway. what a timing

Can your next video be about Alidroro? And hopefully piece together a more sympathetic side to him?
