Nope, that's OEM key. If you buy a retail key directly from Microsoft and activate, it will have a random 3-character ending and not OEM. There is a difference between Retail keys and OEM keys.

nope when you sign in with Microsoft account in your newly bought laptop you are automatically assigned a key by microsoft which attached with your Microsoft account. Next time just format your laptop and log into Windows with Microsoft account and you get your windows genuinely activated
