Anyone who reachs interview of UPSC at 21 is enough mature have real mindset of civil servant. ...👍🏻
Exactly. Poor guy would have put so much dedication and sacrificed so much to get there. And they care about him being only 21 🗿🗿. Meanwhile uneducated politicians.
Nope...
@@mukundp7667can you tell some names in current time?
Correct
@@mukundp7667 This is the difference between Civil service and common people like you. The interviewer isn't against his age rather he is checking the candidate's presence of mind and if he is fit for the service.
His eyes show his whole efforts😢😮

Its about maturity

This is a very common question in not just upsc but for any basic interview. Your statements as a joke are definitely funny, kudos! But if you literally mean it, then my friend you need to broaden your perspective.
😂😂
@@dhruv1145wo beta hai ya nahi ye toh pata nahi but wo sach bol raha hai.
Then upsc should increase age limit themselves if they don't want immature candidates
It's simply to check the candidate approach of answer. Nothing to do with eligibility here. He knows that he is eligible in all ways, that's y he is there.
@@imaduddinamir4217that's not a mature answer. It is very literal. It doesn't show why YOU are doing civil services at such a young age instead of post graduation or job.

The fact that upsc allows aspirants at this age to attempt is enough of an answer

First cajuel now Elizabeth, Elijibility . Masterpiece
Sir if you want maturity to attend the civil services exam please increase the age limit for general candidates to age 34 or 35 it will be useful for candidates who realized there dream lately of becoming a civil servant
Elizabeth 😂😂

Sir I believe that maturity is developed by the amount of experience and knowledge we have and not by our age and I believe that I am mature enough for this job. Moreover under the able guidance of great facilitators during my training period, my maturity will enhance which will surely help me to become a good administrator and excel in my field.

Same question has been asked to another women candidate and she went on to become IAS
I think her name is Shrishti
Fake birth certificate i guess, hats off to his effort but no way this guy is 21
That's an illogical question asked by Sir, If UPSC itself don't want to recurit immature candidates, than they should increase there age limit.
EXACTLY
It's not like they do not want to recruit them, of course they want . The purpose of the question was to check whether the person is comfortable to join it at young age or question his abilities. You are preassuming that the questioner thinks that young age is not enough
Allowing the young people to write and clear the exam , asking such questions feels like shit
The point of the interview is- they judge you on the basis of how capable and confident and creative you are finding a path to getting away from a tricky situation and handling stressful situations.
Maturity doesn't always correlate to age.

It's not a matter of disrespect but it's the moment of proud

What he said was Maturity does not come with age alone
Age doesn't brings maturity... Many people are above 21 but immature than a 20 year old guy.
Maturity doesn’t come with age, it comes with mindset
It comes with writing down ur Beleifs and questioning them situationallly. What mindset r ur talking about ?
@@geniuspodcast2157 our thoughts and the ability to draw conclusions via research and analysing the situation. For example, there are still people around 30s, who believe that women education should not be practised as they are ultimately going to marry, but at the end there people on the other hand, who believe that men and women should be treated equally as they have seen the century has changed where both the sexes work together for the betterment of society, which is clearly “mindset” understood by the process of socialisation and research and drawing conclusions
I think maturity won't come from age actually it comes from responsibilities and the failures of our life.
Atleast he gave honest answered. As you can expect from younger
This guy is the proof why people should go for private jobs instead of going with government jobs.

Responsibility gives a person maturity not age

knowledge is not related with age...... everyone may not have good background.... especially middle class... we have faced and experienced enough by the time we reach 21
Age doesn't give you maturity, experience does.

Not the age makes mature 😊 Responsibility makes you mature😢
If you're good enough you're old enough

It's just a question asked to see his reflex answers and to dismantle his confidence(which is also imposed by desire by the interviewer).
They are not expected to answer each and every thing, but they can ask whatever they want if it is related to a situation, mindset, etc.
Very good English!! 👏🏻
Experience and willingness gives you maturity not age.. we got younger guys who got more efficient than us over the time with the experience they are gaining everyday

If the government already have decided this age criteria that means they must've thought that this age is considered mature
Maturity is determined by circumstances not by age

With due respect, as much as I understand that age and maturity are co-related, I also believe maturity is also based on one's level of intellect and life experiences, and more importantly how one has learned and implemented lessons that life has taught them. Now that said, as we know UPSC itself allows candidates to enter at the age of 21 indicates that the board/organisation understand the fact maturity and competency varu depending on various factors.
Yes, interviewer seems to have a smaller mind and lower intellect then the candidate himself!
