      You could replicate this and stay under a million. I have a client building this model just under $800,000 all in besides the pool, and you can get the pool and screen enclosure like this for less than $150k through a company after the home is finished.

    Do they build this anywhere else besides Esplanade? We have kids but love this home. The windows and the lights make the home breathe a little bit. Brings a more “homey” aura to this space and cleanses the noisy energy. My family values sunlight A LOT!!!

      They don't build this exact model in an all ages community just yet. If you're looking for those tall ceilings and window to let in a lot of natural light, there is a similar size/price home in a community close by that doesn't have any age restrictions -- > ua-cam.com/video/6jq7z6KmDpw/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared

      Doesn't most builders build anywhere in FL? What if I bought a empty lot in Ocala and wanted TM to build on it - would they do it? @@ragonzalezhomes

      @@edwinromero5896 No actually large community builders like Taylor Morrison will not build on a buyer’s own lot. You’d have to find a local custom builder to build something similar or a regional builder who offers something else you like.

    outstanding house but people must no fall in love on something that can't afford,prices are to the roof same as the interest rate so calma calma,let it sit there😂

      And that’s what I see happen with people a lot of the time. Bigger isn’t always better and there are plenty of more affordable options that are still really nice… and some are even helping out with the interest rate.
