I discern an interesting paradox in Zahavi's conception of we intentionality. On the one hand he wants to retain individuality within such relation but on the other hand he wants to talk about a shared perspective, thus forgetting about the 'I' or 'he' and focusing on the 'you and me'. The paradox comes in when we see that each side counters the other side. How should we further understand this?

It is a very good initiative.
