Change the rim to ome that can hold a disc brake.for the front and the back youll have to weld mounts for the calipersFork wise i have a 26 in front fat tire witha custome spring fork but it makes the bike look kind of funny due to such a large front tire amd its more difcicult to ride at slow speeds. Stick with stock front rim but if u do go big, get a 24 x 3 handle bars i have those ape hanger style,bicept high. Ive crashed my bike going on a turn too but only my knee was damaged. Lurn to shift weight, my last tip, its a bicycle. At the end of the day it might be cheaper to get an older style of harlies witha similer dedign and build from there. Theyll be actual adult size since these stingrays are ment for small tenagers
