Thank a lot for the video. I had take mine apart a few days before my rebuild kit came and I got my parts mixed up. Could not figure out what I had wrong the gun wouldn’t do anything. With this video I figured out what I had wrong saved me a trip to the shop.
This gives me confidence to tear apart this expensive gun. Thanks. My gun does not leak, but drives a nail and then locks as soon as I hook up the air without touching the trigger. Lot of parts in there and just going through the rebuild procedure might identify the real problem. Right now the gun is not usable at all.
7:46 wondering about the cap. Looks like an o-ring around that cap. Is there🤔? Sorry, have one other question. Does anything need to be torqued at all, or just hand tighten? I know you didn’t torque anything down, but wondering if should, or just doesn’t matter at all. Thx for vid, liked that did step by step for everything got in the kit
I watched this video because I had to replace a driver guide that I blew apart, assuming because I put it in backwards after a teardown. Does the round opening go up or down? The other side has a triangular opening.
I need item#13 for my Bostitch N64C because it broke, but can not find one anywhere. And there is not a rebuild kit so what o-rings and things would you recommend replacing? Same for my N57C I need some help locating parts too
MY pawl feed retainer pin fell out of my n80 nailer . I found the pin but can't find a retainer for the top when it's installed. The n46 roofing nailer uses the same style setup. Not sure if it's the same size. Can you recommend a solution.
Hello, I have a problem. The nailer is identical to the one in the photo, the hammer does not retract all the way and therefore loads two nails. Does anyone know why the hammer does not retract all the way?
Hi Aaron, I can't seem to find that model number on our website. I did find a parts list for this Nailer though: www.fix.com/models/nailer/bostitch/id783259/n63cp/

Excellent video. Great detail
You did this while you were waiting for your wife to get ready to go out to a party or wherever.

What type of lubricant do you use? Does it come with the rebuild kit?
You are so kind to show this to us. Thank you.
Great video. I might suggest using blue locktite instead of red because blue can be removed with force but red takes heat to break the bond.
the Locktite is blue, just the tube is red
GREAT TUTORIAL. VERY SIMPLE APPROACH. GOOD PACE OF DEMONSTRATION.
Excellent tutorial! Thank you so much! You are a blessing!
Did you replace the o-ring on the greenish cap?
My Bostitch finishing nailer is leaking air at the trigger. It has hardly been used and has been sitting in the case. What should I do?

On last step. Washer "goes on third after magazine then safety cover.
Will this rebuild kit work for a n12
A rebuild is kinda short when you don't do anything for the wornout trigger valve assembly.
Great video. Bravo 👏
I have a Finish nailer N60FN and the problem is the piston never gets to rhe upper position
