    hi Simon, great video as always. To avoid TAAR would you have to have jv partners in the flip companies or could you be the sole director of each?

      You could use a holding company instead and claim ER in the future

      thanks for the quick reply, Simon. Do you mean that you would accumulate the flips in the holding company and eventually claim ER from that, so not have sub-companies?@@UK-Property-Tax-Accountants

    In this example Holding companies plus 3 flips are in group?
    Also it is good to have one holding company of trading companies shareholding and different one for investments properties as no entrepreneurs relief can be claimed on rented properties?

      You can use that structure to enable entrepreneurs relief.
      I tend not to use that so properties can be moved from flip co to investment co without SDLT or CGT

    Great video as always Simon. How are you getting personal income tax of just: £12238 from profit extraction of £83k? I'm arriving at tax of £20696

      There are various tax breaks that you can claim at different rates. Sadly I am not able to show this here to avoid time being taken to explain all the details, apologies that I can’t share the details

      Ah yes, I saw your video on how to withdraw £20,800 tax free from Ltd. I imagine it's that combined with optimised use of wages and dividends to arrive to your figure?

    Hi Simon,
    I tried to book a consultation today but the youtube25 coupon isn't working 🙁.
    Am I correct in thinking once onboarded as my accountant, your firm would be able to register companies for me, perhaps with freezer share structure?
    On similar note does optimise handle the establishment of a SSAS??
