I would love to see The Mavericks perform at the next Super Bowl. Show everyone what a 'real' band is all about. Who do we need to call to make this happen?

I first heard them at the Orpheum theatre in Vancouver 30 years ago. Front row seats. They blew me away!

This song has one of the best grooves I've heard in a very long time.
Sort of like Raul's version of a Led Zeppelin song like Whole Lotta Love or Kashmir.

We first saw and heard The Mavericks last year in Tucson on their En Español tour. We share the sentiments of all the other fans posting. But it's not enuf to play their music on the stereo. We now cover seven songs and are working on several more for our Friday night jam sessions. We are both in our mid 70s. We are so looking forward to seeing them again!
Saw them for the first time in London on Saturday night. I had high expectations, and they exceeded them by a long way. Epic.

I live in the UK & the Mavericks especially Raul are my favourite band.I go back to the Beatles & I rate the Mavericks up there with them.

Insult to The Mavericks to compare The Beatles to them.Trust me I lived through there era and none of those British groups are anywhere near as good as The Mavericks. Quincy Jones said that musically the Beatles were poor and he sure got that right.
Les Wainwright how can anyone put Beatles and Raul in the same sentence. The Beatles were boys with little voices but they were different for the time. Because of those mop heads we lost our great oldies rock....they should have stayed in London. Raul has a once in a lifetime voice...like the great Roy Orbison. You can give me all the hate you want but I still wish we never heard of those beatle bugs.

Consistent sound show after show, each with their own talent yet when together they have a unique ability to compliment each others talents, making them best!! If you see one live show this year, then it must be The Mavericks, otherwise, you are missing a spectacular event and performance by the best of the best!
I have never seen the Mavericks in person and only discovered them this year. I am determined to see them live in concert as soon as I can. I am in the Tri-State Cincinnati area.
I agree with you,the Mavericks cover a wider range of music than the Beatles did,I think Raul Malo is one of the best singer,songwriter,musicans ever & very underated.

I don't know where I've been but just found out about them 3 yrs ago lol. But wow!!! I love every single song, i was blown away. Went and seen them twice now and danced all night long could barley walk out to the car lol.

I saw them in 2019. It was a difficult time for me, but I was blown away by the band and this song in particular. Great music.
Just saw them Tuesday at The Lensic Theater in Santa Fe. What a great show & venue. They are all such talented musicians. Raul Malo has such a beautiful voice & the band compliments it wonderfully 💖 if you get a chance to catch a show, GO! En Espanol is a beautiful album. Well done.
