Thank you so much for posting this! I'm waiting on a Pinball G&W to arrive, and I'm hoping the reason it's dim is because of the polarizer. This gives me hope that I can fix it easily!
I'm sure you will get it working well, good luck!
I have dim screens but my polarizer is ok it works well on another GW what else could be the issue? I cleaned the contacts the rubber strip and while I was at it I cleaned the polarizers and image screens as well with soapy water. Same polarizer works on ither games and no polarizer works on the rain shower I'm trying to fix please help 🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘
Brilliant and Interesting as always. Nice watch too, I'm currently wearing my Squale 1521 Ocean Blasted. I'm a huge fan of the Seiko Divers and Casio G-Shock watches.
I also have quite the collection, but wear the Garmin purely as functionally it ticks all the boxes with full running analytics, smart features, wifi, GPS, BT and crazy long battery life. I dug out that Sony SW50 I got around a year ago and never wore, that is disappointing. Probably my favourites are my Titanium MTM Falcon and my Casio G-Shock waveceptor (the first waveceptor they made!)
That tablet has come mighty handy hasn't it.
+Uptown Mike Always keep the slightly useful junk on your shelf of curiosity 😂
Can you tell me how too fix the speaker on a game watch on donkey Kong
Can you try a different piezo buzzer to see if it's just the buzzer that's faulty?
That part were you were taking off that polarizing filter off the old tablet made me feel uncomfortable. I could only imagine me trying to do that only to accidentally cut myself pretty bad. 😣
I have had a lifetime of cutting accidents, 😄
Hi, I dont know if you will ever see this. But I have a 1989 nintendo zelda wrist watch with an lcd game on the screen. I have had it since I was a kid, and it recently stopped working. I replaced the battery but it didn't help. New ones online run over $100, and I would rather try and fix it myself. Thoughts?
It's worth opening up are looking for corrosion inside
i have 4 game and watches now and unfortunately they all are now fading beyond use. i have to tilt them a certain way just to see any characters at all.
is this a polarization problem??
+rubberwoody It sure is! You can fix them using the steps in my video and they will be back to the way Nintendo intended them! Good luck! 😀
Actually, you could probably buy polarizing filters on the internet.
How about something for the reflector? And how about getting back missing cahracters on the display LCD? Can you do a fix video for them?
what is the link of polarized in Amazon or shoppe... pls...
Bravo!
+ldisc66 Thank you!
Thank you so much for posting.
Btw, do u have any idea about the alternative of the back aluminium reflector?
Thx in advance.
When you say idea, what in particular are you interested in?
Since my aluminium back reflector has those burnt marks, I am looking for the replacement of it? Do you have any suggestion?
I do not, but I will ask around. Also you can buy some really thing sheets of aluminium or stainless. Those are thin enough to cut with scissors
Nothing for silver reflector?
