마트가기 전에 식단 짜고 재료 꼼꼼히 챙기는거 좋네요. 대충 메뉴만 생각하고 가면 한두가지 재료가 빠져 다시 마트에 가야하는 상황이 생기더라구요. 저정도 장보면 얼마나 드는지 일본 장 바구니 물가도 궁금하네요~
Thank you for the videos. I always enjoy them. Here is what I do not understand, tho. And perhaps it is because I am older. Why write down a menu and ingredients on a piece of paper, only to re-enter them into a phone, then to use that list to shop, then delete items as they are used? Why not just take the written list? It seems like a real silly thing to do to me--but that is just me! Or, enter the original list directly into the phone without writing it down on a piece of paper? ?? ?? The pants you wore shopping were lovely!
Also, your boiled eggs would be much easier to peel if you give them a little crack, remove a little of the shell, and hold them under a stream of water. The water gets between the egg and the shell and helps separate the shell easily. You can also accomplish this by cracking the eggs all over and putting them back into the pan with cold water, to cool. That way, they cool faster. I just fill the cooking pot with cold water, crack them against the side of the pan, and peel them in that water--also rinses off the little pieces of the shell that sometimes sticks.

건강식 하시더니 날씬해졌네요.장보는 모습 나올때마다 일본은 저렇게 소량 다품종을 깜찍하게 진열해 놓고 파니 좋겠다 느낍니다.우리집은 옆에 대형 식자재마트가 있어 거기서 주로 사는데 항상 양이 많죠.적은양 사려고 일일이 저울달기도 귀찮구요.한국은 중소슈퍼마켓은 사라져가고 그자리에 편의점이 대체되고 있어 콩나물,두부 이런게 떨어지면 살데가 없어요.그래서 쿠팡이나 마켓컬리 같은데 온라인주문을 하는 경우가 많아요.살림 지겨울때 보면 약간 동기부여가 되어 잘 본답니다.반찬만드는거 볼때 일본은 양념이 한국보다 심플한거 같아요.일단 고춧가루를 안넣고 마늘은 소량 넣으며 주로 간장과 맛술을 많이 사용하는게 특징인거 같아요.그리 넓지 않은 주방도 깔끔하게 잘 사용하구요.요리하면서 잘 치우시나봐요.전 요리한번 했다하면 주방이 난장판된답니다.ㅋ그럼 오늘도 즐거운 하루되세요^^

You should use the checklist/bulletpoint on the iphone with the notes that you are using! at time 1:29, you see the 5 icons above your keyboard. click on the circle with lines next to it, this icon is in-between the "Aa" and the "camera" icon. This is really helpful to make lists and mark them off when you are done, I use this for grocery shopping as well!
