State Brainwashing of Children (1981)

This is a long lost PBS Special from 1981 that I wanted to share with you all. It was supposed to show what would happen if the Soviet Union every took over the USA and the consequences. Yes it was a bit of scaremongering propaganda during the Reagan Era. However, while it may be campy now to watch I think this video does give a fascinating glimpse into how someone in a position of authority may gain control over another will and thoughts via social programing/conditioning. I was 13 when I first saw this on TV when it first aired and I remembered bring scared that this might happen to our school. However now with our OWN Government and leaders ever increasingly controlling every facet of our lives this 1981 film may be more relevant that ever before. Please share your thoughts.
