Well it didn't work for me at first. So i disabled auto update from epic store app settings. And did the method from start again. Select the club to manage and continue to progress the game and bingo. A notification appeared about the in-game editor and it works.
Doesnt work for me, says missing .dll file. Renamed it with _o, moved new .dll into folder, but game just wont launch. Edit: For anyone having this issue, you mgiht have downloaded the wrong scream.api file. Make sure you download the Release v4.0.0-rc01 version. not the 3.01 version.
@@cacaposting8981 This worked for me: Copy the file from the scream api folder again without changing the name on the FM folder, so you end up having the folder duplicated with one named EOSSDK-Win64-Shipping_o and another one named EOSSDK-Win64-Shipping

If you delete all dll files in the folder and then try the same as the video with the original dll file, it will be activated again. If you don't have the original dll file, just delete the game and reinstall it. Confirmed it works.

I found the solution run Football manager, open task manager and then right click on the Football Manager 2024 process, show file location
it should be in the program files folder and then the epic games folder on the windows drive
