This was our third day back at training after a long season of high school football. In this video, I’ll be showing you guys what we do at a U.S club level. Long short story, during the session I hyperextended my left knee and after that I couldn’t continue playing to my ability as you can see from the end of the video. This is just the beginning and I’m hoping to be back soon and stronger.
