@@ShelleyRaskin thanks ShelleyRaskin! My spring has popped out a couple times since I “fixed” it. But I was cutting some hard to cut stuff. It does make me wonder if the steel is too soft. Or don’t cut hard stuffs:) Being able to cut paracord is important to me. They do that. The pry tool was kind of a laughable thing but now I keep using it. Very handy. I didn’t even know.
I totally get that, I too am disappointed, I believe they were planning elsewhere (Taiwan would be my pick, those guys really know how to make good tools and are still not too expensive), but I think they had to find somewhere both cost effective (cheap) and would also do the job, a lot of companies are linked to other manufacturers and don’t want to risk their contracts I suspect. Still you can swap stuff out and make your own blades and change out the screws so you can sort of make it your own.
👍🏼 I’m very much liking my goat. I have a playlist w/ lots of goat vids:)
I must do some of the mods you have done, especially the scissors one, I may make my file onto a pry bar too!

I like the Goat tool but being made in China is the deal breaker for me.
