@@DarkSymphony777 you know how there are seven millennium items? There's actually an eighth one called the millennium dice that increases your luck stat that Doto has.
"I play toon table of contents, it allows me to pick a toon spell from my deck. I choose toon table of contents." I always think of Doto when I hear that line.
Even back then, Graceful Charity was setup for Monster Reborn and Chaos monsters, so it's always been kinda game breaking. Pot of Greed is peak splashability though, unless you're on something that penalizes you for having a hand like Infernities, there's no reason not to use it as soon as you get your hands on it.
In the Yu-Gi-Oh 2006 game for gba, I always used magician of faith, pot of greed, royal magical library, and skilled dark magician, for quick spell counters to summon dark magician
Tyree beat Rhyme, it was just such an impossibly hard beatdown that it altered reality and we only see Rhyme winning because if we saw the truth we'd all die.
@@Urd-Vidan 3 copies of each piece, 3 copies of each spell card? That's insane for more than half the 40 card deck. I saw a build of using 3 copies of "heart of the under dog" and just stacking normal monsters with high defense, and then exodia pieces
graceful charity is a hand neutral card (you draw 3 discard 2 and use the spell card itself so it evens out), but it also helps you selectively set your graveyard without having to commit many or any resources (no normal summon and then a link 1 required). I think it's an honest to goodness toss up, where pot of greed has always been an effortless +1 which was amazing in early and modern yugioh, where graceful charity got better over time because so many things have graveyard effects now.
For those of you who are unaware. Grinder golen was banned due to allowing massive link plays at the start of the link era thanks to cards like security dragon and akashiac magician which would bounce golem back to your hand to reuse, since it was not a once per turn. Similar cards that give too easy token generation like dandylion, gofu and scapegoat. Golem was also responsible for the ban of topographic gumblar dragon, since grinder golem was the main enabler for that cards plays
I cry cause Grinder was perfect setup for Inferno Tempest. Summon the Grinder, attack the Token into the Grinder, take the 3K and watch the decks and graves go poof.
i mean, on card number, greed is plus 1 in advantage versus neutral advantage with graceful. but graceful imo is better if you draw into cards that can set up GY or discard plays. other than that, a free no downsides no restriction draw 2 is absurdly busted
Graceful is worse, the graveyard has almost always been useful and is even more useful today than in the past, and it lets you get three and pick the best one instead of getting 2 and hoping they are good. Haunted and reborn were used all the time back in the day, graceful has always been more broken than PoG imo.
Graceful Charity is a card I LOVE but is broken as sin in modern play. If it was ever unbanned it would warp the game around it, while Pot of Greed has so many re-trains just baked into the format, so beyond becoming a universal staple, it wouldn't really change anything at 1. I cannot say the same with a Graceful Charity unban.
Graceful charity by far has the opportunity to be far more broken depending on the cards being discarded (ie. The shaddolls or newly released tearlament archtype)
Depending on the deck graceful charity could be way better then pot of greed. It gives you the chance to set up your graveyard to extend combos or even start them.
Graceful charity sets up the graveyard also in the current meta graceful is even more powerful since it discards for effect so you trigger lot of effects from discarding certain card which is advantage on top of advantage
The witch and Sangan errata is why I have a fun exodia deck using both of those cards and emissary of the afterlife. It’s very slow. But against another slow deck. You’ll basically always win. Especially with cards like one day of piece.
The first and biggest mistake was agreeing to voice chat. Rhyme’s mind games are his version of the Heart of the Cards.
LMFAOOOOOOO
What does that make doto's heart of the cards then?
@@DarkSymphony777 He doesn’t have it, he just has to rely on dice rolls and coin flips.
Meanwhile, Deion is just built different.
@@lucasm.3864 Hmm. Can I say that dice jar is doto's duel spirit at least?

I remember the episode of the OG yugioh where the MC defeated an exodia deck.
Getting Exodia with this 2 cards is too easy
I didn't know nothing else about the game itself
Even with infernity the archetype has several ways of emptying your hand so 99% of the times it would just extend your plays

@@Merilirem The only Chaos Version is Chaos Greed.....but it so conditional though it should of gotten rid of the not having no Graveyard.
Man was baited into giving Rhyme the homie drop and it costed him everything lmao
I can't belive Tyree who's never lost a duel, lost to the one and only rhymestyle
Is what you think what happened but what actually happened was tyree beat rhyme
the homie drop became the Pharaoh's draw...is what i'd like to say, but i keep staring at that second Raigeki.
Tyree beat Rhyme, it was just such an impossibly hard beatdown that it altered reality and we only see Rhyme winning because if we saw the truth we'd all die.
With 3 pot of greeds and 3 graceful charitys exodia seems a lot more viable lmao
Yeah but that’s boring
@@rhymestyle but fun to test your luck with heart of the cards

Rhyme: there’s no homie drops in Yugioh
Also rhyme: gaslight his opponent into giving him a homie drop
Yeah but see what happens when you do?
@@rhymestyle 🤣 classic Yugioh mind games be hitting different
Rhyme.. Month of Mayhem is around the corner…
AND THERE IS A UPDATE ON PHASMAPHOBIA…!!!
A rhymestyle video in the morning goes excellent with my cup of coffee. Great work as always rhyme!
😆
Ty's biggest mistake was giving Rhyme a homie drop 😂
My man was fighting the pharoah and everything
🤣🤣🤣🤣 I laughed so much at this comback my stomach hurted 😭
Them homie drops be lethal 😆🤣

you should do rarity duels like a deck with only neutral cards , one with rares only, one with super rares and with ultra rares
Finally the pot of greed has been risen from the ashes 🙌
Graceful is much more busted for the discard which gives +5
That was the funniest comeback I’ve ever seen

Why are the videos so much better when Rhyme decides to be straight toxic
😂
The Royal Finish Mirror Force. Beautiful, simply beautiful.
You are in tears and he is in shambles 😂
It was at this moment 11:32, Tinsley knew
He F***d Up
YES. NOW I CAN BUILD A POT OF ARCHETYPE DECK AND JUST KEEP DRAWING.
Back at it again with the free Dragoon chant
Every time Tyree goes into denial I hear his voice with Kaiba's stressed out face. The more insanity happens the smaller his pupils get.

“I’m playing against the pharaoh” my man had no idea just how correct he was
I believe Pot of Greed is the best Card simply because it can be played in basically every single deck (very few exceptions)
Lightsworn. Never play greed with that. xD
It's so nostalgic to see pot of Greed being used, brings me back to every duel I ever had at school back in the day
The champ the mortal Kombat treatment of a back blown out (had his whole skeleton pulled out from the back/rear)from a single homie drop. Dam😳🤣🤯😱
Thanks rhymestyle for the pin

Should have added Exodia to that deck.
Honestly, this duel is a work of art. Everything about it was poetry in motion.
I forgot they errata'd Witch into oblivion lol
same and ill forget again when i use it in the future
Rhyme is an actual Yugioh villain, his greatest weapon is psychological warfare.
All those broken ass cards and lucky draws and man still needed a Homie Drop to win.

That Morphing Jar play geeked me I was like how did the effect not go off
AYO! That thumbnail is fire, and they finally unbanned Pot of Greed, welp, gotta update certain decks
Oh god this was so funny I can't believe it... I don't think even the Pharaoh can mill through his deck that fast.
