Thanks for giving a platform for Rachel and people of abuse. It give a place for people to share their stories. This topic is very and especially important as people need to know when they’re in a toxic relationship and how to get out of it.
Rachel deserves BETTER bf and have lovely long lasting relationships. She is very fortunated to have friend like Ben and Randy who listen to your story and her friend who managed to persuade her to get out of her toxic relationship. Be strong! Fighting!❤

When I listened to Rachel's story, I was so angry. Seriously though, that dude 🚩🚩 needs to seek some help. I really pity whoever gets to be with him in the future because if he stays this way, he really deserves nobody. Dear Rachel, you're a lovable and sweet person, a bright and beautiful young girl deserving only of love, just like every human being does. Please 🥺 never, ever let anybody treat you that way ever again. I'm thankful that you have a good circle of friends who will protect you.
Honestly, I can relate to Ben's story, except that it's my new office. I remember having to dye my hair back to black (it was just colored red for few days) cause my new office HR back then demanded so right after signing the contract (they never mentioned anything prior to that). I remember a friend was telling me, why would you work with a company who already made you so unhappy right from the start. Whereas for Randy's story, I also had a guy telling me off saying that I crave attention from the guys (his words, "you must be feeling like a princess since my guy friends are so fond of you) and that there's something wrong with me because I'm getting along well with my male colleagues. He also always made those back-handed compliments like "You'll look beautiful if you have longer hair", "you'll look better if you wear higher heels". These people always make us feel as though there's something wrong with us when it's really not, and it's their low self-esteem that needs to be worked on.
Having said all those, I believe it's up to us for self-love and to tell ourself when to stop when we see those red flags. People say love is blind, but I believe love must also be rational. I hope you guys, Rachel, Ben and Randy, only settle with someone that is green flag and well-deserving of your love. Hugs, hugs 🫂🫂🫂

Anyway, agree with you that it has nothing to do with gender. I think it's because we are ladies (assuming you are too), so maybe that's why we receive these remarks from men. Hi Rachel, sorry to hear that you are experiencing this, you are truly amazing for pulling through it ! I thought you are a happy and cheerful girl, but I can't believe you have such darkness during your teenage years. If i were you, I would not be able to endure that person for 4 years😔😔
After hearing Rachel’s story, i am just wondering that if her ex have abusive relationship with his parents growing up as well because from the way her ex treated her it sounded like how he was treating Rachel like a kid.
Nevertheless, So sorry that this had to be the first relationship that you went through and i hope that you will be able to move on from this and find someone who loves and treats you well deservingly….

Hey Rachel you deserve a better man and worth the wait if you wait patiently for the right man in times to come! I was like you too at your aged last for 3 years. Been single for 12 years after that toxic relationship because I was so trauma and took years to gain trust when any man wants to get to know me. My advice is have to love yourself and you will know when a real man loves you more than himself God bless you ❤❤❤

Wow it's exactly what I thought - that u guys gonna have ur own talk show! This series looks pretty good since we can share stories and learn from each other.
For me, I used to meet a psychopath date. Luckily I interacted shortly with him because after our first date, I felt something is wrong with him since I was crying from being humiliated by him and decided to talk to a friend about it, so I didn't get into a toxic rs with him.. thank goodness.
But lately, I stepped out from being away from my verbal abusive parent, becos just like Rachel's case, my dad was scolding vulgarities at me for minor issues and he got worst recently. I figured I need to be away from him or else it would probably be the end of me. Life can be sad and hard, but it still has to go on. I'm always glad I can watch u guys videos as my happiness booster. 🥹

Wow i always thought that bc you guys were famous, your SO/partners will be more appreciative of the fact that you chose to date them. Cant believe they are so abusive. My parents were like that to me (like ask me to stand and face the wall). Thats a big reason for why i would rather be single bc at least nobody can verbally or physically abuse me.

in the past i weren't a toxic person but due to the circumstances i'm in and choose to remain in due to softheartedness i still ended up becoming a toxic person whenever i'm interacting with my immediate family members

Sometimes there is a quote "the bitter in past ,let it flow, more sweet is welcoming you in future".
I'm in toxic relationship in the past too, due to that i only can believe my ownself, every problem i hide it. Of course by making yourself busy and listen to music is my healing until now. Sometimes people said karma will get back to them but i think karma does not exist, because the one that make me like this is having good life and happy relationship changing new boyfriend, while i am still having trauma relationship until today only have 1 time relationship. Sometimes life does not fair, i also have suicide though last time, but suicide will never solve this problem, of course until today i keep going forward and stay strong by myself.

I had a bad relationship too my bf will make me go and come back then tell me he miss me then when I am there he say he is busy after that he will text me crying saying that he miss me when I am mad at him he will do whatever to get me back with his single parent story then the cycle repeat . I love him very much but is really not worth it to love ppl like tht I felt so tired, disappointed,angry and crying most of the time
