Yeah before the update everything was working great for me.
I hate Flipkart because I brought swipe slate 8 it stopped working within 2 months after that I gave 2 service center it still there for repair for last 3 months contacted Flipkart told them to file a complain against the seller and swipe claim they will not file and they are not responsible for any issue with the seller after purchase of the product.
Lenovo should deal with this because it's their brand name which is being wrongly used. It's more important to them compared to Flipkart, although Flipkart also should check products originality.
and Flipkart should return the money of the user if it is not Lenovo band

Hey Ranjit sir If its true than why lenovo hasn't any taken action yet? I think they are trying to disown there own product because thy damaged it with that update which can't be fixed any way.

I would like to buy a good fitness band featuring a heartbeat sensor and priced upto INR 2000, but Mi Band 2 seems out of stock everywhere. Please advise.
I have also the same issue. My Lenovo hw01 cannot be paired. I can't sync with the phone. And the watch is also not showing the exact time. Suggest me where I can demand for replacement or get it serviced.

How is the battery life only 8 days good? My Mi band 2 gives me more than 30 days with continuous use and daily running sessions.
so why can't we try downgrading frimware and uninstall the app and installing the old version of app(using old version apk file).

The Lenovo hw01 band that is sold on Flipkart is a genuine product manufactured by Lenovo ( Beijing ) Co. Ltd but it is imported by some unofficial seller in India that is P R innovations Pvt. Ltd. So far my band is working fine, got this news some days before so didn't update the firmware and the app. I don't find any problem in this product. Lenovo India is not officially selling it, they should start selling and start providing support for it, cause this is one of the best band at this price range

You're a tech enthusiast. You can't even spot it was original or fake. Which is a questionable thing. Even some androids face problems after certain update. So don't come to a judgement by yourself. It was nine months since the video was uploaded. Haven't you made any update regarding the product whether it was original or fake and again a questionable thing.
If nots the lenovo product why lenovo let it update threw firmware..they just dont admit their mistake i think

Are you kidding me Ranjit.. in your Unboxing and first look, you praised this Band so much that I end up buying this.. though I returned it after 2 Days because personally I didn't like the overall response from the App..
Now you are saying not to buy this for this and that reasons.. See I understand you don't know what and how the product will respond after a Month.. So it is better to make a video after 30-40 days..

Even I bought the band seeing his review and regret it so badly. Flipkart didn't have return policy and it was only exchange policy so I have to use it now. No other option.
