Rather disappointed that they made all the Tin soldier minis promos and didn’t include at least one in the main set, seeing as they are one of the likely combat encounters in the adventure. I do like them and rather disappointed I can’t make a war band of them that easily.
Those are short swords? They look like wooden clubs... Odd! I was considering to get the Harengon Brigands but eventually the cost of ordering anything from DnDMinis is just too high given the added VAT and postage costs being rather large. And I did not have any interest in the Tin Soldiers. Odd that there are 2 sets, so is there any way to tell which will be sent to which retailer?
Where did you guys get that terrine that you're sure all the figures on towards the end of the video? That is awesome walking forest terrine and it looks like the trees are modular? If anyone can give me an answer I'd appreciate it thank you.
It’s the Dreadhollow Forest set from Dwarven Forge. The company’s website and store is at: shop.dwarvenforge.com Our review of the forest set is at: ua-cam.com/video/IHaDr6-DsgU/v-deo.html They also currently have a non-terrain Kickstarter going on for dice holder accessories at: www.kickstarter.com/projects/dwarvenforge/reliquaries-hand-painted-dice-thrones-from-dwarven-forge
Mini quality is trash, paint quality is trash. The cost has only gone up for consumers, and at this point buying 3d prints off etsy or where ever are more cost effective, higher quality, as well as go to developers not corporations. I can't support these wizkids minis anymore, not after the 40% price hike. That kind of money can go to a 3d printer and resin, or I can buy classic wotc dnd single minis off ebay or 3rd party sellers which by most standards just better than their contemporary counterparts.
I guess it's time for me to start selling off some of my old DnD Minis from the 2000's on Ebay. Most are still in the sealed plastic bags with their cards.
I completely agree, the paint jobs on these don't look much better then the old ones only the premium minis are better. Those old Minis started at $8.99 for 8 minis with a guaranteed rare, two uncommons. Granted the prices eventually went up to $12 or $15 iirc. But I saw that when Theo opened his brick of Witchlight some boxes had 4 minis and others had 5 minis, not sure we ever saw an explanation for that?
3:33 Cool, a couple of Polynesian Ironwood War Club (Apa’Apai)! I love it, when they include such exotic weapons! 😃
Riffin is the CUTEST!!!
Truth! 🦉-Theo
I really want to see Dragonlance miniatures. The original companions! And draconian warriors.
Super useful info!

Absolutely, tin soldier is definitely one of the minis that should have been included in the main set
Similarly disappointing were the skeleton Kobolds and Orcs, such awesome minis most people can't get.
Nice set. Great video.

Aside from calling them and asking, I’m not aware of who’s getting which I’m afraid. -Theo
Wait you get 2 minis as promo, with a bit of luck. But you need 6-10 for the adventure ...
Classic wizkids.
Promos are almost impossible to get ahold for those that don’t buy a lot of minis
It's really disappointing that they are going to this model

Wabbit season!
If I ever DM for a wabbit bard… Lord help me 😭
How did I not know Tilly had three legs?
Yeah, I don’t know if that’s been too evident from her little cameos lately. -Theo
🐰
Thought the tin soldiers were in the booster packs
Unfortunately there are no tin soldiers in the boosters at all :(
I don’t keep up with Twitter to know if wizkids announced how to get the short sword Harengon. If anyone knows, can they update me on the info?
Cat alert! lol
Everything is delayed and I'm sad...my wallet isn't sad lol

@@mathewcoppola8622 you get 4 to a box. 3 medium or smaller and 1 large or huge. Some rare slot minis come with a +1 terrain or vehicle attachment.
