Hi How on item change find which attachments has changed or added? I have versions turned on on list items, but attachments don't have versions. I need to send email when attachments change. Do you have some advice?
This is a great illustration, but looks there are some changes at flow, with the mentioned way I was able to send attachments, but could not open them, was open once I used {"ContentBytes": Attachment Content}
I would like to get these attachments (figured that part out) and send them BACK to a PowerApp as a table to show in a gallery - unfortunately I do not have access to the Premium Response Action which looks like it would make this fairly simple. Reason being is I have a filtered list of agenda items, and I want to pull ALL the attachments into a single screen to allow the user to view them all at once, or download them all at once. Getting them back to the PowerApp in a form that is useable by the gallery is hard. I'm guessing it needs to be a JSON object sent back as a string.

Trying to do something similar but different, instead of sending an email I'm looking to rename the file based on content entered at the time the SharePoint item was submitted (I have a column in my list of what the file name should be, which I compare to the actual name). the issue I keep experiencing is that when renaming, the file is renamed but content seems to get corrupted. also tried using HTPP to SP but found I could get to the attachment itself. Any help or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
I followed this exactly the way you explained however the attachments in the email are corrupted. They do not preview and if i download them they do not open up properly?
Keep in mind this video is more than a year old and there is a chance that platform has changed. Let me try it again and update you. Thank you for your comment.
@@AlirezaAliabadi Thank you for your quick reply. The attachments are there but I am getting the error of "This file cannot be previewed because it is corrupted."
@@AlirezaAliabadi I was able to figure out the issue as to why the attachments were not previewing in the email and corrupt. I changed the expression from the Append to array variable action to and that seemed to work fine. I believe your right that something changed on the backend from the time you created the video to now. Regardless, this video helped me out soo much and I thank you for doing things like this!

I need to send a certificate of participation as an attachment to 100 students (a certificate per student). How can I add a specific attachment to each email? I have the pdf files in a library in share point + the mailing list in an excel sheet.

This stopped working for some reason. Do you know why we now get at an error on open from the email attachment stating it "is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."

Hi Ali. The video was very helpful. However, I require an additional step from the content of the attachment. Lets say the attachment is an excel and there is always a value (Sales number) in A1 cell in the excel. I want to extract the value in A1 cell and then update to the corresponding item in the list in one of the column (sales number). Can you please help me in this regard.
