TVJ's Eat Bulaga and SB19 issues opened up a lot of possibilities specially on legal matters.. me as an A'tin is happy about 1Z's move to register A'tin being their legal fandom ... and definitely very happy that they can use again their iconic name SB19
yeah which made me realize that they can fully claim their TM name just as what TVJ did. i dunno the legality or how it should work but as from what the lawyer of TVJ said, like the one who created/coined or came up with the name should be the one who owns it. tho i dunno if it was the management or the boys who came up with the idea. but as far as i can remember every time they will have an interview about it in the past they will say sound break but sometimes ShowBeetee (sb). cause i really want MAHALIMA to fully claim their name para naman di na makinabang ung ck management.
anyways, just wanted to ask, how bout ung nagfile ng MAHALIMA ng TM? me update na ba?

Lesson learned boys you have to own what you have the ownership of what you’ve worked hard for don’t let those greedy people manipulate or use you now that you’ve got a name in the industry. Just becoz the boys are a neophytes in the biz. They had been caught unguarded, trapped like a mouse and didn't know what to do in that span of moment. The dark side of the business world they encountered early on is pretty much traumatic for Pablo who stands as the CEO of their newly built company and this will not be the first but there are more later on either. The Mahalima name has been grabbed by other unscrupulous businessmen knowing this have been currently used by the boys before this SB19 trademark sorted out. What if SBT been too stubborn about the negotiations? The world already got used to MAHALIMA then suddenly it can't also be used. I am in the dog eats dog sector and I experienced the wickedness of it.
Pablo needed the best lawyers in town to protect whatever they have needed to protect, have the keen and sharp eyes and minds to see the details and foreseen the imminent trouble. Truly GOD is on their side. Idk but even I myself who don't care these kind of issues of others and yet I sometimes prayed for the best for this group. Their accomplishments and achievements will also be the achievement of the country and the filipinos

1Z Entertainment should also apply trademark for "mahalima" after getting the nod of the young A'tin who coined the word. It's too painful if somebody else would do it that doesn't even have anything to do with SB19 or A'tin like that CNCA Media is trying to do.
unfortunately somebody already registered that name. the registration happened after the name mahalima got viral. A media company filed for it. The original creator of that name is now disappointed.
@@anjfernandez9788 No, it's not approved yet. When somebody applies for registration it's not instant that it's yours. The originator A'tin is now contesting it much like TVJ did when TAPE registered "Eat Bulaga."

MAHALIMA trademark is still being appealed/contested (dont know exact legal term) by the A'Tin Erin who created it but was being registered by CNCA.

As per one billboard ph article. 1Z Entertainment is also spelled as (OneZ entertainment). So probably that's them.
