Some of you were wondering if G-series lenses are compatible with the upcoming iPhone 16 pro & pro-Max... I reached out to Reeflex today and got their answer for you: "Yes - after reviewing the new iPhone 16 and 16 Pro/Pro Max line-up in detail we can say with confidence that our G-Series Lenses and Filters will work with the new generation of iPhone, which is what we expected according to initially insights and rumors. The Main camera (24 mm equivalent, 1x) on the iPhone 16 Pro/Pro Max has remained unchanged (f/1.78 aperture as on the 15 Pro/Pro Max). The same goes for the Telephoto Camera (120 mm equivalent, 5x) which features the same 12MP sensor and has a f/2.8 aperture as on the previous 15 Pro Max, now available on both the 16 Pro and Pro Max.
Bonjour. Que pensez vous des G-series lenses macro pour la caméra principale ? Maintenant que l’ultra grand angle est passé à 48 Mp aussi… Est-ce qu’il y a toujours une utilité ?
Thanks for this video! I just received my new iPhone 16 Pro Max and now purchased the new REEFLEX case to go with the wide angle lens and CPL filter to film my outdoor hiking and backpacking adventures without the weight of bringing my full frame camera along. I shot using Apple Log this past Monday on a hike and thought the image stabilization was far better than my Sony Alpha 7 IV and the weight difference is substantial. And appreciated your discount code too!
Great video. I am thinking of getting the lenses for my iPhone 15pro max. I am glad to see that they will work with the iPhone 16 pro max. My only concern is, I upgrade my phone every year and if I get the lenses now and then use it with the iPhone 16, what will happen when I get the iPhone 17?
Thank you for sharing this. I have pretty much hung up my Sony A7IV in favor of my iPhone 16 Pro. I keep my phones for 3-4 years and it’s good enough for a hobbyist like me. The Reeflex system is not cheap, but the quality looks great and they ship from Rome. I live in Italy and pretty much anything I buy will be hit with import fees. I respect your viewpoint and I am sold on the system. Also, the 17mm mount gives me some future assurance and opens up other rigs for use. I am going to buy a full kit, minus any macro or fisheye lenses, giving me a much smaller and lighter kit for my adventures. Your discount code is appreciated for further savings.
You are very welcome. To be very honest right now it seems like this is the only line fully compatible if it’s 16 Pro. I tested other lenses. I have here in the studio and the results are not there. I’m quite sure you will be happy with this line. Best wishes.
Many of your viewers will getting the iPhone 16pro that is being announced today for release this month. It will have with a second lens with an improved aperture and 48 megapixel count. I guessing in the works, that there will be a next-gen series from Reeflex for the 16pro.
Excellent insight, thank you! I have invested in all of Sandmarc's lens and filters. Not overly impressed with them - they are just OK. Would love to see someone like yourself do a shootout comparison video - Refleex vs Sandmarc.
Hi Zdenka. Thank you for a very fine review 🙏❤ would you recommend the anamorphic lens for nightscape photo of the Milky way? I am currently waiting for my 16pro max to arrive. Thank you again for some awesome videos 👌👍
Vďaka za recenziu. Som rád že som odolal pokušeniu kúpiť si sklo a filtre na iPhone už dávnejšie. Toto vyzerá byť môj favorit. Zase si kúpim niečo čo nepotrebujem, ale chcem 😉
Great video. I am sure since you published this video today we now know that the new apple 16 Len's will be the same size as today is their launch day?
Hi Zdenka! Thanks for all your informations❤ It would help me a lot to know what kind of macro lens can buy for videos for close up videos with Iphone 14 pro max for sunlight content? Hugs❤
Nice review and beautiful looking images! I am curious what, if any, effect these lenses have on the iPhone’s native stabilization when shooting video? I know that you use gimbals but did you happen to have a chance to test out the native stabilization?
@@przemysawwnuk3286 Yeah guess we need a stronger gimbal for the whole setup as the M6 is max 400g. iPhone 16 pro max is 227 grams + the Reeflex case is 50g + the anamorphic lens is 160g + the VND filter is 55g. So you need a gimbal who can manage at least 500g (and more if you need to add a CPL (65g) and Mist Filter (65g))
Hii-! I just purchased the DJ osmos Mobil 6 gimbal and was hoping to get these lenses! Especially the anamorphic. But as you said it maybe be too heavy to work with this gimbal. Is this correct? And is there anything I can do? Which gimbal for the best price would you suggest to carry lenses or do you think the osmos can handle the lenses? Any advice is appreciated thank you!
Thanks once again Zdenka ❤ Sony always keep coming back to saying, "No sensor, can beat good glass" No doubt you'll try it on the new S25 Ultra? It has a new wide angle lens, or there's something different about it, I believe
Zdenka thank you so much for this video. I am ordering the lenses and 4 cases with ND filters from Reeflex today. By the way, you will be saving me $350 with your code. I appreciate your work. Is there any lenses you can add that removes light flares ?
Love to have those lenses for the S24U. Great for apple!
Yes they do and they have the case on the website

This is by far The best Lens right now. it's insanely Beautiful.
Yeap….. the footage looks crisp. I love the telephoto the most
Hi Zdenka.

Unfortunately I’ve never tested it for Milky Way shots so I honestly don’t know …
Great video. Which macro lens would you recommend?
I like the long range macro… it is a bit easier to use it
@@ZdenkaDarula Thank you🫣
Can you make a video on how you personally edit/colorgrade the Apple Log footage?
For Log I just use their conversion kit and then I color grade the usual way…
Well done. I’m wondering how these new Reeflex G-series lenses differ from their older G-series lenses? I’m meaning both quality & cost. Thanks.
That is something only they can answer… but from what I know the quality is way better

I would go with Freewell… Moment is good too
Dear Zdenka ! Thank you so much for all your tuts i learn much. My question is should i switch to these lenses instead of my Shiftcam lenses?
If you’re happy with Shiftcam lenses, then I don’t see a reason why you should be switching.
Nice review and beautiful looking images! I am curious what, if any, effect these lenses have on the iPhone’s native stabilization when shooting video? I know that you use gimbals but did you happen to have a chance to test out the native stabilization?
It shouldn’t have any impact, I didn’t see any difference
Nice video, are you gonna test the new DJI neo drone?
Thank you for your support. I am not planning on reviewing that drone after seeing the picture quality…
Amazing!
Thank you.
You are very welcome
Amazing product!
Isn't the total package heavy for the gimbal Hohem iSteady M6 (phone + case + lens + filter + SSD)?
Yes as I mentioned in the video you cannot use M6 with this
Too heavy for m6?! Wow

I am very sorry but yes DJI cannot handle these lenses.. You would have to get something like Hohem MT2 which is 3 in 1 gimbal to handle that
Any word on the compatibility with the new iPhone 16s?
Please check pinned comment, it is compatible
Thank you Ma'am😍😍😍😍
Most welcome 😊
Good video, are you gonna get the dji new and do review?
What DJI product do you mean?
@@ZdenkaDarula DJI neo drone is the new one. I bought one but it doesn't come till october 10?
I unfortunately don’t have access to DJI drones…
why does it have to be so large (and stick out) when the camera lens is so small?
It is for the picture quality… the small lenses cannot do this
for the filter, can it stack VND + Black Mist together?
No, only one at the time
thank you
@@MarcWzombiewalker you can stack the filters!
It’s remarkable. I think Zdenka may have got the pre release version. They are stackable.
