I won't be able to make a movie by tomorrow. The preparation of a 10-minute training film takes about 12 hours.
No problem ;) fortunatly i have fixed the web cleaner roller, didn't need to replace it. Thought it would be very dificult but it was easy. But keep in mind to make that video, will be useful for sure. Thanks anyway.

buenas tengo un problema con la ricoh 5002 esta fotocopiando bien cuando me dice se estaco un papel revise todo cuando veo por donde sale la hoja se ve salido la tela o mantilla como se dice no se como arreglarlo por estos problemas de cuarentena no hay quien me ayude me puede indicar como sacar toda esa unidad para acomodar la mantilla
Las causas más comunes de atascos de papel son:
- rodillo de recogida de papel usado en el cajón
- rodillo de transferencia desgastado
- unidad de fusor dañada
