a lot of new kpop stans dont even know how much it was shaped by bts. no one supported but mocked their unconventional for that time decisions but scrambled to follow the same steps after everything that bts tried out brought them success
let's be honest the main attraction of kpop now is the variety of accessible content provided about each group and the fan service (which initially was bts just openly communicating with fans, but now for kpop it's a must-have strategy). the way kpop treats content has everything to do with bts
and it's not that I have an issue with other groups and labels just using a well working method
but kpop fans do be too brave sometimes without knowing due to who and whose history and struggles they got to have a system like this. I'm not asking to be vocally grateful for every little thing, but not shitting on the group who made it all possible would be a good change to some of them

@@Jurnalist_ I think Kanye is a brilliant artist( sad that he has mental health issues that he has not resolved) That one song reminded me of House of Pain, Jump Around dancing. And that performance overall was amazing and visually stunning, and shooting fire was bonus. That being said, he may have told them exactly what to do but it is not even close to the detailed choreography that BTS has done with large groups and as a dancer the precision, is just insane. They all move at the same time, it’s effin crazy!!! I realize there is so much stuff you haven’t seen yet. They did a dance showcase video to Limp Bizkit early in their career, once you see it we will then chat. It reminds me of when there was this REALLY popular season of a famous reality show in my country and one participant was absolutely HATED nationwide. Army has a certain reputation for getting sht done as you know, so locals were coming to armys to convince us to help them vote that person out of the show, and some armys were like "sure, but we ain't a charity, so first send us proof of y'all streaming bts songs and then we'll do our thing" lol then armys here started joking and making "army: the biggest crime faction of all time" memes since apparently locals do be seeing us as some gang or whatever.

Actually since I'm here. I am curious about your stance on plastic surgery if you are Korean. I watched a documentary last night and it said 1 in 4 people get surgery by 18....that actually shocked me. I find Koreans naturally beautiful but stats are stats. What would you say to this? Do you think it's beauty related or just something you don't even think about since it's normalized.

Personally I don’t think ANYONE should get plastic surgery unless medically you have to. I think we all should be healthy and have healthy habits but I think we all should learn to love ourselves (including our bodies). I also not saying it is easy but I think we all should be encouraged too. Just my opinion though and no hate to anyone who thinks differently.

The logo is actually an open door. BTS logo is them opening the door from the outside and ARMYs logo is us opening it from the inside. That's the graphic, meaning and also reality. When BTS are trying to open doors to new opportunities or breakdown barriers, trust that ARMY is behind that door doing work to let them in. It can also be that BTS is opening the door to ARMYs heart. That logo makes me emotional 😅. Kudos to the BH creative that designed it.

As someone that is from Chicago and grew up between GDs and BlackStones, I find it hilarious that I never thought about our affiliation. We are mostly harmless (look at our gov't name) but I have seen things go down in the comment section on reaction videos and on Twitter when people say some stuff that doesn't sit well....

The twitter acc by other groups made me whizzing. When BTS was first nominated for Top Social artist in BBMA, MANY k poop fandoms started mocking them as wanting 'WESTERN VALIDATIONS' and how their favs DO NOT need the so called 'Paper Award'. Some fandoms even bonded and voted for other Western act just so BTS will lose. I know of this even though I was not into BTS until LY. It was laughable after that when the k pop companies scrambling to open up twitter acc and the SAME fandoms keep taging their favs to boost the engagement numbers. No more western validation but Asian representation according them. Not only that. They spam BB to invite their favs to perform at BBMA as well. The Double standard is CRINGE. That is one other reason why I don't associate myself with other fandoms and k pops groups. And k poop fandoms DARE to copy ARMYs blue print in streaming, goals etc. Like artists like companies.

I don't think it's fair to call others copycats because what BTS have done helped Kpop involved, and it's weird if we are going to act like BTS now owns "doing reactions" "having a Twitter account" and etc.
I do think kpop fans need to aknowledge what BTS did for Kpop as a whole, but I don't think it's fair to judge others for doing the same.

I know of BTS since 2013, before I become a full pledge army after LOVE YOURSELF trilogy and I watched A LOT of their UA-cam content. So when others raplicate what BTS makes me cringe and avoid them at all cost, because I can feel how fake it is (scripted) as they are doing it because maybe they/their company think it is a way to gained more fans. Just like you said "It becomes less personal" but more as marketing ploy. 🤷♀️
