Most of the time, you need to just put the files that are located in the folder to the same folder on your mugen folder. So for example, sound, just drag the sound files in the sound folder and put it in your mugen folder, do the same for the other folders.

I use Windows Movie Maker 2.6 to make this type of video and also I use Vegas Pro 9 for my actual intros.
