Such a broken Civ, the fact they can mass so much stuff with only 23 vills half of which were being idled at the start XD. Don't even get me started on the triple rax you mentioned.
African and NatAm are broken and should be, at this point, all massively nerfed. They are just that OP because devs only think of noobs, which cannot properly manage their slightly harder mecanisms.

Correct me if im wrong, but I feel like Haude are not good enough at the moment, they might need some devs help. They also nerfed chief special shot and the forest prowlers, Haude were not even played a lot at that moment... The civ is quietly dying in my opinion
@@lionheart9015 could it be mathematicaly, that only people who really like hausa and play a lot with them, learn the matchups and build orders, swing the winrate in their favour? if everybody was made to play all civs would you think hausa would still retain their winrate? as opposed to spain or germany?
@@wackpendejo3000 This is what happens at the high end elo spectrum. you only get a few very good players with certain civs and it can skew the win rate

the thing is hause and ethiopia are depending on natural rescouress, because their fields are shit. even if fully upgraded,which is very expensiv, a vil does only gather half of the rescourses. so you need to expand in the midgame and expose your vills to kav raids. you can compensate this a little bit with your cow economy and hausa is way better suited in therms of cow economy and expansion, but it takes time. and that the main points. the late game is horrible and midgame is stress full for afrika civs.
Actually real base rates of vils on fields mills paddies and haciendas are the same. What differs is the quality of eco upgrades and how many of them you have in each civ Reminder that on mills and estates the vils move around and give less than what they state and they can get stuck on them (bug that's been around since de released at least) You can see/estimate actual gather rates if you turn on the total gathering per second indicator
I don't find it "realistic" the african civs. The battle of omdurman the brits had 8k and 17k egyptians, arround 25k strong, against 52k mahdist soldiers it ended with 48 dead brits and 350 wounded, for the mahdist it was 12k dead 13k wounded and 5k captured. The fact is some were good allies but for the most part they just didn't have the tecnological means to go One on One with any european power. Unlike the American indians who used raiding tactics and actually planed the battle, not just show up with the largest number of soldiers and hope for the best.
African civs are the most difficult to play, that's why people don't use them, why bother macroing your influence abuns and universities when you can just ff with Spain ship 2 falconets train some rods and win by minute 8? I think both Hausa and Ethiopia are tier S just like Spain and Germany but 3 times harder to play.

They got nerfed last patch because there win rate was too high
