Hello Patricia, I used 0.20mm fishing line for the chain, doubled 😊
Also I see clear thread that looks like fish line and did you double the thread before beading?
It is fish line, doubled for more strength, you can also use single.
You didn't show how to make pendent

I have used single colour for the chain and it's not Miyuki. It's a local brand & does not come with colour name, it's metallic silver.
I have used 2 colours of 8/0 for clear demonstration of the technique.
