Love Muffin Cafe or Moab Coffee Roaster for coffee, Singha or Thia Bella for Spicy Thai, Blu Pig for barbecue, Desert Bistro for up scale southwestern, Fiesta for Mexican, Moab Dinner for Green Chili, Southside Mavericks for fuel & dump station. Everybody is low on staff, so choose carry out or plan on extra time waiting.

Being raised in a military family we traveled West to East and back just moving to each of my dad's assignments ..... 14 schools before graduating high-school 🎓 We saw so much country because we CAMPED...no hotels for us!! But the fun and sights are irreplaceable. Every time I watch your OVERLANDER videos, I realize HOW MUCH I HAVEN'T SEEN 👀👀

I was doing about 60 and seen that massive tire fly off ....was lucky it was late and no traffic and I just slid, some how no damage.....ur a good dude btw! @@ghosty426 I totally understand!! Had our revolution not been hijacked in the 1770's and our Republic not been unlawfully taken over and turned into a corporation in 1871, us American Nationals would and should be living like Saudi Princes!! Not a SINGLE gram of any natural resource should have been taken without permission!! But that's not our fault, that's our great-great grandparent's fault for letting it happen!! This country is at AN EXTREMELY precarious place right now, as is the rest of the world!! The tyranny is off the charts and it's up to US to take our freedom back or humanity is doomed until Jesus makes His personal appearance!! I wish you luck!! Stock up on food, water and anything else you might need! I plan on being on the front line of this war if/when enough people realize that nobody's coming to save us and we're going to have to fight our way out of this one!! Onion Creek was the first trail I hit when I got there. And yeah the Lions hub was nice, especially for staying in contact with family and when I decided to book a hotel room late when storms were rolling in and changed my plans of camping on the White rim trail because of flash flood warnings. Next time I'm out there I'll definitely have to check out some of the places you mentioned since I really didn't spend too much time in town. And yes, I still have red dirt on my truck as well even though I washed it many times lol. That stuff and the lighter mud that was like concrete was a nightmare to get off even just at the end of one day off road.

I stopped going thru Moab by 1992 when the thousands of bicycles infected the area. Alas, I'll never tell you where I go. I have 64 fifteen minute topo maps, covering some 20,000 sqmi of SE Utah, all dating c.1958.

Our first trip to Moab in August was great but a guide like this would have been super cool. Next year were going back. Thanks for the heads up, Ritchie.
