im really bad at explaining what's in my brain especially after the week I've had so if anyone didn't make it to the part of the video where I tried to clarify myself: I know they only come in Chestnut/Palomino/brown kind of colours! It just makes it more difficult for me to choose which horses I want to buy because they're so similar it overwhelms me personally haha, I had the same thing happen with the old models as well. I was simply musing the fact that the team sometimes chooses creative liberty for breeds such as the Fresians to call them Jorvik Friesians and slip in a few more coat colours but I don't expect that! Just tired of repeating that I google fact checked myself in the video haha, sorry im bad at explaining things besties!
I personally love the Haflingers, although I do agree that they’re quite expensive. I especially like the palomino, and one of the chestnuts - the one with dapples. It reminds me of Bambi for some reason 😂💞 Might wait until they have a discount, then they’ll be cheaper 🥰 also I’m buying my first Paso Fino soon!
900 sc for a horse with no special move and/or gate seems a little weird, although I do think they’re very pretty, despite the similar coats. Also completely unrelated but I literally just found out that the new appaloosa’s have a special gate when you hold shift down- After all these months 😅
I don't think that extra gate or move matters (I think new horses are approx same price anyway). Haflingers have lovely animations and I didn't really liked those of paso fino and appaloosa.
I think they should have been 850 or 800 in fact the American Paint Horses have a special move yet they cost 850 because of the copy and pasted special move and they halfingers have none but anyway they are very pretty and well done!
The halflinger breed only comes in shades of flaxen chestnut. The mane and tail will always be white/creamy. Personally I really like these ones, I think sso did a great job on them. My only gripe is that the hind legs stay very close together when the horse is galloping.
I agree..I mean the Percheron have a special mane and a special move (+ are a lot of horse size wise) and are 850sc…sooo yeah I still got some because cute but the hind legs while jumping are a bit annoying as if they were made out of rubber and running into the front legs😅
My favorite horse at my barn is actually a Haflinger! Her name is Praline and she such such a diva! I of course had to buy the closest coat color to her in game and name it after her! I also bought one of the dark ones and am considering buying the one you have. I do agree they are way overpriced but since my barn has like 5 and I have always loved them so I waved goodbye to my star coins. I also don't like their mane options, I find them way to long (cough cough reminds me of the Frisians). I wish they were taller as well, yes they are short IRL but not that short.

@@ripplemoon249 no not really, Palominos are that gold shade with a white mane, Haflingers were bred to only be Palominos There are however chestnuts with lighter/ cream colored mane and tail, maybe that’s what you mean? ^-^

Halflingers can only be palominos :) No Black, white, or greys. I do wish they were more drafty because halflingers are classified as draft horses but I mean other than the jump, they are cute. I got 2

the reason why the haflingers have so many chestnut colours are because the hallingers are originally chestnut with a white mane and tail. I own a hallinger.
The other disappointing thing is that people are saying the gaits have been copy pasted from the Gotland pony which is why you properly thought they look the same. For 900sc I was expecting special moves, new gaits, etc! Instead we got a lot less but at lest they are cute :D

Haflingers dont come in that many colors, the most Common is the red orange one and then the palomino one i think, the dark one is more "rare" i think, i know you cant get a black or a White or a Grey one. (Dont attack me if its wrong, i just think based of what i have heard/read)😄

I actually have Spirit but mine is more akin to the one in the movie as it is a palomino Andalusian 😄, but your Spirit is nice too 😊. Honestly, I don't know how I feel about Haflingers jet. They are very pretty horses, but it kinda annoys me that they are so small (which is kinda annoying since I wanted the darkest one as kinda a dressage horse, kinda because I don't really do dressage, but one of the characters in my story does 😅, but he is way too small for dressage in my mind) and that all of them basically have the same, white mane, so I guess that I'll just save my SC for now and buy one when they will get some sort of a discount.
Sorry that you were disappointed, but Haflingers aren‘t bigger than pony sized, they were bred in Austria for work in the mountains and because they are so popular some were bred warmbloods (and idk what it‘s called in english, more hotblooded horses?) to change them from a pure working horse to a more competition suited horse. I‘m definitely gonna get one, but I can see why you wouldn’t get one, as I‘m also not a big fan of the ponies in SSO XD

I’m just a LITTLE disappointed in the lack of knowledge about these horses. Haflingers ONLY come in flaxen chestnut variations. The only time a Haflinger could be a different color is when they’re a mixed breed. Also Haflingers are generally pretty short/pony sized!
Honestly, the Haflingers are the same as the Jorvik Friesians - lots of potential, but ruined by their animations. They just look stiff, and the forelock looks weird and clunky. But oh my gosh, that is nothing compared to the tail. It looks so clucky and unlifelike, and the way they sectioned the tail makes it look awful. They are the same as the Jorvik Friesian tails - just chopped off and a solid block of model, and they way they are animated makes their tails change shape in such an unrealistic way. A bit disappointed with the Haflingers, honestly.

The Haflinger breed has a Flaxen main and tail and the body is Chestnut for all of the horses. That’s just the breed.
Halflinger horses only come in every shade of palomino and/or flaxen chestnut
