I liked the diagonal cut a lot. I enjoyed the whole video. You are bolstering my courage to make the leap to stencilling. Baby steps for me. Thanks, Simon. I appreciate your upbeat demeanor.
I love your first tip with creating two backgrounds of different sizes and having a frame. I also liked the tip about stamping a whole sheeet of stamps at once.
Wow ! Loved the flower garden with three colours (btw thanks for colour info) with the finishing touch haze.... the winner background & card. Thank you for your honesty when assessing the “like-ability” of your creations, very encouraging 👍🏽
Thank you! I know this seen older one but I love watching you. You really have a way of making these items step up to another level. In addition, watching you be genuinely excited and friendly. You're a kind man. Thank you 🍀
I loved this video.! Especially the colorful heart and how you stamped off the striped lines to get the lighter lines for the background! That was so simple but gave me great inspiration! Thanks Simon!!
I just love your videos! My favorite card was the heart with the prayers die. But I enjoyed all the tips and tricks and your entire video. By the way, you are so adorable... We have 3 grown sons and they stamped with me some as they were growing up but have since gone on to other art expressions (drawing & music), but I think it is incredibly cool that you are on here giving us seasoned stamping ladies tips and tricks! See, folks, the younger generation has a lot to share, too! Thank you, Simon!
I just watched this video. Have never seen any of your videos before. Boy! I was wowed! I can't wait to watch your other videos. Thank you for sharing your experience. GREAT VIDEO!! Very easy to follow!
If I glue something down I always go over it with a brayer. You can notice the difference immediately. My husband was a cabinet builder and used a commercial brayer when gluing anything so I thought I would try that and have been doing it everytime I glue! Tfs!!
Great hint about buying red, yellow, and blue inks to test out a line. My favorite was the two-piece stenciled card, giving you a gram and another piece. You have beautiful hands, and are just a joy to watch
My favorite tip was about the red, yellow and blue ink blending well and not making mud. Loved all of these techniques. Great video as usual. I always learn so much from you.
since some red dyes can be more blue or yellow tinted theres still some chance of it mudding up, if you’re ever unsure you could always test it, but usually more orangey = mudding w blue, more purpley = mudding w yellow
Stumbled across your channel and enjoyed this video. Now I want to buy everything you have to make cards. Too bad I dont have space or time right now. A girl can dream.
Love the inked background then not adding colour to the stamping...love this technique also like the stencilling by gluing down a mask but able to use the mask on other projects! Thank you and appreciated!
Hey Simon! What I learned and love that you shared today, was how to stamp the entire set at once! I love collaboration when making cards for friends and that can be tricky if they don't know what I have!?! So, I wanted to create a 3 ring binder of the sets I have...but was overwhelmed with the thought of stamping EVERY one individually! So a HUGE thanks to you! Hope 2020 is fabulous for you!
Great video Simon! I love the idea of making backgrounds and then making 2 cards out of it. I am making tons of cards for my church group and I love any ideas that can save me time.
So hard to pick a favorite! I loved the hello card, I loved the tip about lightly blending ink after stamping the images. Great ideas all through the video. Thanks!
It's hard to choose a favorite, but the heart card really did it for me! Both times you cut up the background to make 2 backgrounds, I was like, "boy, what the heck are you doing?" and both times I was thrilled with the result! You are awesome!
I love all the hacks but a few made me WOW. The one that created a frame, making 2 cards at once, and the one where you stamped and cleaned the whole stamp. Awesome hacks! Thank you!
Really like all the cards, but the last tip was my favorite... never thought about letting the sentiments like they are, just because the background was colorful. It looks beautiful!
Thanks for those great ideas. I love to follow your crafting journey you have truly blossomed. My favorite card today was the prayers card. I love the backgrounds too.
Loved the tip about creating a border and a small centrepiece at he same time. Will also try stamping a whole sheet of stamps at once. Will look out for more hacks from you.
I love your creativity, Simon. I keep forgetting about my texture paste, so I will be using that soon. My favorite is the centerpiece stenciled at the same time as the outside border. Well done again!
I love all your love hack videos!!! I just told my aunt about watching your video to learn like I have!!! Love you, Simon! Happy New Year! And I can't wait for more original products!!!!!
Happy New Year 2020 Simon!!! I loved your hacks and tricks. Love them all, the one I like the most is stamping without taking stamps off of the sheet and then cleaning them all at once. I do some of my backgrounds as you suggested. May 2020 be the best year yet!
Your cards are stunning! Oh my gosh! I'm somewhat new to card making and crafting, so I'm always looking for hacks/tips and this video gave me a lot of them☺ Ill definitely be trying them!

You're so inspirational and fun. Love your shirt. I will make the stars card with my new matte texture paste and buy the rocket ship stamp with my next Ranger order.
I really liked all of your hacks..the first one you framed was especially helpful .. thx so much for using the pix paste tool and stencil..too..👍🏼👍🏼..and stamping The Whole page was a lifesaver..
I like the floral background stamp cards the best. I like the ideas of using large sentiments, cutting the large element in half to get double mileage out of it and stamping a full sheet of stamps all at once. That would save so much time! Question, does the station have padding on the back? The reason I ask is because I often do crafting in public spaces and need to be mindful of other people's property.
Terry Tomaszewski the Staytion does not have padding, but I find that it doesn’t scratch because it is rounded and powder coated. You could add felt feet or sticky feet on the back to protect it! :)
Hi Simon, that was a very informative video. Thank you for explaining all those tips! Love them! Favourite card? I love the heart ones! They are all fantastic though and so cute!
Hey there! I hope you enjoyed the video...

What a great tip. Red, yellow and blue inks. Primary colors but never thought about the money saving aspect. Great video.

I sure am liking that background, the stencil paste with the stars, way fun!
Love the twofer stencil frame idea!
I love all the hacks but a few made me WOW. The one that created a frame, making 2 cards at once, and the one where you stamped and cleaned the whole stamp. Awesome hacks! Thank you!

Question, does the station have padding on the back? The reason I ask is because I often do crafting in public spaces and need to be mindful of other people's property.
Right!? When you make a beautiful background it should be split into two cards. I love that trick too. 👍🏻🤗
Terry Tomaszewski the Staytion does not have padding, but I find that it doesn’t scratch because it is rounded and powder coated. You could add felt feet or sticky feet on the back to protect it! :)
Simon, these are fantastic! Love the hearts.
Great techniques, Simon. I liked the one where you removed the centrepiece the best. I must try this. Ruth down under.
Yay! Glad you enjoyed it Ruth. :)
Love what you do here
