This is a beautiful constructed and themed attraction and you guys do a great job presenting it. I was introduced to Ken Hamm a couple decades ago, before the Ark began construction. I must admit, Ken and I definitely have some differences of opinion on some things. Nevertheless, great video Bob and "Levi"!

Dinosaurs and people living together? I don't understand that.

We have been there a couple of times. Once, when they first opened and again a couple of years ago. Totally agree with your take on things. Seeing the Ark come into view it an quite the experience, but the theming and certain views that are heavily pushed was a little hard to get past. Great to see you and your family continuing the adventures!

That's so awesome Bob. I've been researching that all week. Thinking about doing that next summer. It's a little pricey at $65 though

my husband and I visited the Ark when it first opened. some of the exhibits were not finished, so there were open blank spaces for expansion, I guess. they only had a place to get drinks or use rest rooms on the first floor of the ark, the large restaurant was there but not opened at the time we went, and the zoo was not completed. However the wood on the ark looked brand new and I noticed its weathered nicely in your video. There seemed to be more sit down picnic tables etc on your video, those were not there when we went, our tickets then were $40 each for adults, it was just us so not sure about the other prices. I had a hard time with all the walking.,,,it was alot, do they offer scooters to rent now or do you know? I would like to go back and see it again,

They had some for rent. Not a lot though. I think it was $30 something

👍You were brave, making a video with the crowds and noise and all. Thank God for the UA-cam transcript because I was trying to figure out what you all were talking about in your final assessment, and there I could read it. I guess they want to show consequences for sin maybe.

Did you stay at that new Hampton right beside it? Looks like a nice new hotel, though after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor, may not be all that great.

Enjoyed the first part of your video, but I have to disagree with several of your summary comments at the end. If the purpose of the Ark is to share the gospel through the biblical account of the Ark, and how God used the Ark, it should be more like a museum to relay the necessary info.
Also have to disagree that you only have to visit one time to see it. We have been twice since it opened and can’t wait to return and see it again. There is so much truth about God’s Word shared through the Ark that I don’t know how you could absorb all of that in just one visit unless you just skimmed through everything.
Another reason I disagree with your suggestion not to return is that it ignores the fact that they are constantly adding new elements and new attractions to the Ark, and have added new things every year since it opened. Just last month Ken Ham announced all the new features they are starting on this year.
I watched this a few days ago and I wasn’t going to say anything at first but decided to comment so that others would see a different opinion of the Ark.

We know so many people who love the Ark and go at least once a year. They would disagree with me as well. Just our opinion. So glad you enjoy it so much!

Loved the place the time I went, I don’t really believe everything they said in the place even though I’m a Christian, like I believe in the story of Noah but not the whole dinosaurs being on it thing, but it’s still fun

Right out of the gate, the ark is depicted (or even worse, "replicated") with a a bulbous bow. The bulbous bow wasn't created until the late 1900's. And let us not forget that the ark as depicted could only hold (A generous estimate.) 16,500 animals. Even back then more than 60,000 unique animals had been identified, never mind insects and millions more microscopic animals that existed back then but hadn't been identified. Simple science totally negates the entire premise of this parable/fable. And then there are the dinosaurs... Yeah, there were dinosaurs on the ark. But only 85 species were "required"?!?! WTF God? What have you got against Dimetradons? Like everything in "The Bible" (Which was written and re-written by countless men in an effort to cement their superiority over women and their subservients.) the editors chose to tell the story that suited them. This is why there is a King James bible, a Gideon's bible, the "bible" used by the Jehovah's Witnesses, and of course the Mormon's think that the King James bible has "errors". So of course all of these assholes think that the Hindus, the Buddhists, the Muslims, & the jews are wrong because they think that their religion is the "best" or is "the only one that is right" or is "the actual truth" or is "historically correct". ALL forms of religion are based on early man trying to make sense of an immensely complicated planet in an even more complicated solar system in an even more complicated galaxy in an even more complicated universe. These simple, uneducated men tried to make sense out of all of this and made up "God" or "gods" (Choose your religious path here.) to explain all of there stuff that they did not understand. (Like comets and earthquakes.) By definition, religion is a pseudo-science that filled in the gaps of understanding that man had in the early years of his existence. Don't hit me back with any "God will smote me" stuff. I don't believe in him/her/it.

If this was not a copy and paste comment, I am thoroughly impressed that you would take the time to write this much in my comments section. Even if it is a copy and paste, it clearly means an awful lot to you or you wouldn't seek out content that disagrees with your way of thinking. I've personally never understood that last part as I've never gone into the comments section of a video that represents atheism in some manner or a religion different than my own and felt compelled to tell them all of the reasons they're wrong, but maybe that's just me. Anyhow, since no one has ever won an argument online in 30 years I will just say this... I hope you have a great day and a wonderful weekend.

This really wasn't the place for such a comment. You obviously have a bone to pick but you chose a family's review on a themed exhibit to do it... I hope you eventually find happiness in life. Life is too short to spend it criticizing and hating other people with different opinions and perspectives. Maturity and tact go a long way. Take care.
