Have you read anything about pro-metabolic eating? It made a big difference in my fertility journey! One of the big things is wasting enough to make your body feel safe, and eating within 30 minutes of waking up and always before coffee! I HIGHLY recommend researching it!

Maby try eating breakfast and not lifting heavy just for one month. Women aren't suppoed to be that lean all the time. I have been pregnant four times. Always been into health and fitness but based on my goals and cycles and just listening to my body. I have taken breaks from gym and when I was hitting the gym heavy I did not get pregnant for two years. When I got burnt out and stopped was pregnant within two weeks had the baby waited six week got pregnant immediately again and have a precious little boy and girl. Just some advice. Most women get a little heavier in there fertility years to prepare our body. Its how God made it.

Giving up caffeine was life changing for me too. My sleep is so much better and my issues with anxiety basically went away. I was creating my mental illness struggles with caffeine. My friend is a cardiologist and she says she wouldn't want people consuming more that 100mg of caffeine per day. Most energy drinks have 150 or more. Its terrible for your vascular health.

I suffered a miscarriage in April of this year. We cleaned up our house and are extremely low tox now. A hugeeeeeee factor in fertility that most people don’t know about is oxidative stress and that glutathione helps to regulate these levels. So I started looking into what causes glutathione to deplete and it is alcohol and over the counter pain relievers like Tylenol & ibuprofen. So i found a liposomal form of glutathione that also includes a highly bioavailable CoQ10 which both are shown to improve male and female fertility. I am now an ambassador with the company because their mission is to deliver what God put on this planet to heal us & they are backed by science and third party test for heavy metals. They do not use anything synthetic and after using their products from April to August this year we are now expecting a cute little miracle in May 2024! ❤❤❤❤

I love hearing how you're adjusting your diet for fertility! Have you given any thought to making a video about what kind of makeup/skincare you use, if you're using clean products? Also curious to know if you've thought about adjusting your laundry detergent, as the fragrance and chemicals in most store brands can be one of the biggest hormone blockers. It's so important to also care for what we are putting on our biggest organ, the epidermis ❤ Much love!

Yes I learned this too. Even something small like a cup of yogurt with fresh fruit or a small protein smoothie so that your cortisol levels are not out of control due to hunger and fasting. Womens bodies aren’t meant to fast unlike mens because of how sensitive our hormones are.

Hey girl. Just wanted to tell you as a fellow sister in Christ you are doing an amazing job with your fertility journey. I know so many people have given you advice on what to take to become pregnant which must be exhausting. I have wanted to share this with you for a while but did not want to be just ‘another one’ telling you what to do. However I did pray over this and felt the Holy Spirit prompting me (in the middle of the night) to share that I interact closely with a fertility specialist. She believes that a woman’s IRON level needs to be on point when trying to conceive which means your iron levels at a GP’s office may show ‘normal range’ but she wants to see above that! This alone has helped her patients. So just wanted to share this :) God Bless

My path has been difficult, hard, full of goods and bads, but I know I will continue doing my best. Today God told me twice I am not alone. He is always present in my life. Psalms 121 as well.

I have been on and off coffee for the past 8 years. I LOVE my coffee. It's such a comfort drink for me BUT i've been wresting with myself on getting off of it for good because If i don't drink it in the perfect setting (i.e. with balanced food, proper times of day) then i feel awful.
And I lost my baby at week 14 a couple of months ago and I'm finding out that caffiene can effect pregnancy in such a negitive way, even if it's only being consumed before even being pregnant so with that in mind, seeing this video really gave me the push i needed to just get off coffee.
    Today is day one.
I go off coffee once to twice a year to just reset. It never really bothers my with headaches or anything, thankfully.

Girl!! Something I learned recently is oatmilk is actually really bad for our system because oats, rice & grains are some of the most heavily sprayed ingredients with pesticides 😕 which is really bad on liver, kidneys, fertility, lungs, etc! So make sure any oatmilk or just oats in general you have are organic because then they weren’t sprayed with that!
(Just want to clarify that I’m only saying to find an organic option of these things not cut it out completely because I know overall oats, wheat & rice are good for us just not when they’ve been heavily sprayed with toxins)

@Abigail2719 melatonin can cause more vivid dreams, including nightmares. This is because it's increasing the time spent in REM cycles where we naturally dream, and nightmares have a higher chance of appearing. Try looking for a smaller dose! I take 1 mg a night for sleep, but many bottles come in 10 mg doses and that can be way too much for some people. Good luck!

Intermittent fasting is your culprit then. Once I stopped that I got pregnant. Keeping your blood sugars balanced is better for your hormones. Becoming a breakfast person isn’t easy and takes time but you gotta break the habit. Check out Jessica Ash Wellness about more info on all this.

Hi gorgeous, tbh I don't know who you are you just pop on my screen talking about our father, and you gave me some peace and the power to seach god 😌I just listening to your story becausei love the way you speak about god❤ .. then you started talking about all this bad apples surrounding you and your husband and all the evil things they do to you and him. i search you up, and I can't believe how much hate this unhappy people have against you and your husband... it makes me sick to see all this WOMEN and MEN putting their noise and nonsense opinions about others people lifes it's just sad to see how many people need to learn about God including myself... I really hope that best for you and husband ❤❤❤❤ if I could ill send you preyers but am still leaning myself how to be a good person and to follow our father.

I hope I’m not talking out of place or in ignorance and my intentions are good. But I have known so many women in my life that adopted and then got pregnant/conceived after that. Is that possibly something to consider? Again, I don’t understand the struggle bc I haven’t even been married. Which is my dream one day. I don’t know it just crossed my mind. Jesus knows best.

    • @BrittanyDawn
      @BrittanyDawn  8 місяців тому +1

yes we are very very open to adoption! it would just have to be a God moment. we don’t want to force anything or try to take matters into our own hands, if that makes sense🩷

Sometimes I wish I was a crack head. I never meet one that was lonely or depressed. They actually have a big friend group. Someone to let them crash in a safe place with a hot shower and conversation. Better then waking up alone with an intense amount of pressure and still not able to meet depends on top of no one to talk to. Trying to be christ like is extremely painful, excluding yourself from ones that are social, and Christians aren't very good at being there for you anymore.
