Cancer ate up my pineal gland, and, to keep from dying from brain cancer, I had to have it resected (removed). My third eye is open and I have to disagree with the fact that we are all one. Not everyone vibrates on the same vibrational frequency, nor ever will. For example, people with their third eye open have different colors in their auras than those who don't. The other day I saw a (black cloud) following a person around and they weren't even aware of it at all. It was feeding on her and taking her energy. The woman didn't even bat an eyelid. You wouldn't believe the things I see on an every day basis.

I have been suffering from chronic pain for the past year and I started monitoring when i was feeling pain. Good for you my brother. Not sure if you are using a 12 step room to help, church or by yourself. The latter is the most difficult. If we didn't feel alone enough while still numbing ourselves out only feels worse trying to stop on our own. Just my opinion on that. I guess anything I say is really just my opinion, lol. I don't necessarily agree with the term woke, because if it is association with other terms. I like to say I'm aware. Being aware of ourselves, defects and assets, helps us to be aware of the things going on around us. I definitely don't suggest that you look towards psychedelics at this point in your sobriety. I honestly never expected to until I spoke to a few elders, so to say, that I've developed friendships with over the years. And even then it was just to see what they thought. The opportunity was presented to me and it all seemed to fit. I will say that a majority of people that are sober are usually fine with the level of spirituality that they achieve and are also five with the pace of their awakenings. You are definitely in for a ride so buckle up. Until I got sober for myself, I didn't get sober. I had moments of clean time. I had to take the time to find out who I was. I was very, very good at being a chameleon, fitting in with whatever crowd I was with, but never knowing me, but all of those different characters became some part of me sober. I wish you nothing but positive vibes going forward and it is journey. No matter what happens in life, drinking/ drugs doesn't make it better.

But we have tech that lets you feel it in 5 mins, there’s even apps for it and it’s a type of combination between two frequencies in both ears. I began losing my hair in my early 20's. I purchased a scalp massager hoping to stimulate hair growth but it soon vanished. 15 years later I found it in my sister's dresser. I realized she had never lost her hair and it was in fact rather thick and healthy so I guess it worked for her.

My third eye is open and I have to disagree with the fact that we are all one. Not everyone vibrates on the same vibrational frequency, nor ever will. For example, people with their third eye open have different colors in their auras than those who don't. The other day I saw a (black cloud) following a person around and they weren't even aware of it at all. It was feeding on her and taking her energy. The woman didn't even bat an eyelid. Good for you my brother. Not sure if you are using a 12 step room to help, church or by yourself. The latter is the most difficult. If we didn't feel alone enough while still numbing ourselves out only feels worse trying to stop on our own. Just my opinion on that. I guess anything I say is really just my opinion, lol. I don't necessarily agree with the term woke, because if it is association with other terms. I like to say I'm aware. Being aware of ourselves, defects and assets, helps us to be aware of the things going on around us. I definitely don't suggest that you look towards psychedelics at this point in your sobriety. I honestly never expected to until I spoke to a few elders, so to say, that I've developed friendships with over the years. And even then it was just to see what they thought. The opportunity was presented to me and it all seemed to fit. I will say that a majority of people that are sober are usually fine with the level of spirituality that they achieve and are also five with the pace of their awakenings. You are definitely in for a ride so buckle up. Until I got sober for myself, I didn't get sober. I had moments of clean time. I had to take the time to find out who I was. I was very, very good at being a chameleon, fitting in with whatever crowd I was with, but never knowing me, but all of those different characters became some part of me sober. I wish you nothing but positive vibes going forward and it is journey. No matter what happens in life, drinking/ drugs doesn't make it better.

Dr dispenza is a excellent start. But you must know your questions. I would strongly suggest a aya retreat. Be open minded because you can only find the answers for what we seek by accepting what we don't know. Hope that makes sense

Just as you are aware of self, inner and outer self need to be United and be one like the holy Trinity in Christianity their is a holy Trinity of spirit,mind and body.
It may be confusing to some but when one breaks down the constructs of tradition and comes to understand the honest knowledge of ancient wisdom, perconcieved notions do not need to remain a barrier for communication to exist.
@michael browne wat do you mean? I think it's disengenious to assume that we know everything as humans. We only know what we know, and that's not a whole lot. Religion is faith based. I wouldn't want to water down the message here. To be spiritual is to be one with your spirit and your higher self..if you subscribe to a specific mindset that works for you than let it.be so. But my mentality is I do not require a religion to have a relationship with God. I can house God in my body as it is a temple and my mind can be the connection to that higher power and my spirit is my life energy. Religions are systems of control overall for a large group of people...imho

I began losing my hair in my early 20's. I purchased a scalp massager hoping to stimulate hair growth but it soon vanished. 15 years later I found it in my sister's dresser. I realized she had never lost her hair and it was in fact rather thick and healthy so I guess it worked for her.
